Amazing

Such a peaceful and beautiful home! Decorations are such a vibe and owner has provided more than enough of the little things you may need or want! We had an amazing time in Dahlonega and will plan another trip in the future!

Repeat Guest at Georgia Springs!

This was our second time to stay at Georgia Springs and we love it!!! We have an annual Mother/Daughter trip in December to Dahlonega and we’ve always tried a new VRBO home every year…until this year. We stayed here last year and loved it so much we rented again this year. The home has everything we could possibly need, clean, cozy, and we love the location! So convenient to everything. Thank you Lorrie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfection!

Georgia Springs is absolutely perfect! Clean, comfortable, cozy, well stocked and just an easy 5 minute ride to downtown Dahlonega. The inside looks like new construction! The home is well stocked with everything you could need for cooking a large meal. There are games, a picnic basket and even some party napkins, candles, cake plate and a beautiful drink dispenser, in case you needed to pull off an impromptu birthday party! Lorie was easy to contact and responded quickly when we had questions. We couldn't have been more pleased!

Pre-holiday getaway

We had a wonderful stay in Dahlonega hiking, shopping, eating amazing food & more! The house was updated, comfortable, & clean. We will definitely stay here again for a long weekend.

Amazing Home with Everything You Need for a Perfect Stay!

This is an outstanding home! You can walk right into the house from the garage access and not have any steps for any guests that struggle with mobility and the garage was clean and stocked with enough bag chairs for each of us and an umbrella (which helped since it rained the first day). There is a small, nice breezeway sitting room leading into the kitchen from the garage. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or dine in and the host thought of so many wonderful supplies including coffee, paper products and much more. The appliances are top of the line! The main living area is spacious and well-appointed with beautiful furniture. We found it amazingly comfortable and homey. Each bedroom is equipped with very comfortable beds and everything you need including USB ports in the table side lamps next to the beds. The host thought of so many details, like an iron and a steamer (for example). Everything feels very comfortable and luxurious in this home and it felt like a lot of love went into picking every single thing in this home from the furniture to the pictures. The front porch is huge with a wonderful porch swing. The back screened porch had plenty of rocking chairs. The setting was beautiful, and location was perfect being 5-6 minutes from Dahlonega town square. The host is very accessible, but we had no problems and a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this awesome home and excellent caring host.

Wonderful Fall Visit

Lovely, clean and gorgeous house. Top of the line amenities, towels, accessories and furnishings. Bright and sunny and very relaxing. Lorie Ann was very communicative throughout the renting process.

Great location!!!

My wife and I own property in Dahlonega and have been renting a variety of homes over the years for us and our daughter's family to enjoy Gold Rush and a week of fall fun. This years stay was the first time we all agreed to re-book this home for next year. The combination of easy access location with proximity to downtown and a very clean, well provisioned home made this an easy decision. We are all looking forward to next year's stay! Thanks!

Very Nice

Four of us stayed here for a long weekend, Thursday- Sunday and the house was very comfortable. The second bathroom has a walk in tub and hand shower so all of us ended up using the full shower in the first bathroom. The house was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen items, and Walmart w/grocery is very close by for any food and household items we needed. The location was great and communication excellent. There were also USB ports built into the lamps which was a very nice surprise for phone charging. All in all, I would definitely recommend this to others and would stay here again.

Lovely home

Best property manager I have EVER encountered with VRBO!

Upon checking in there was an unexpected event occuring in the home causing us to not be able to stay that first night. The property manager, Lorie, was deeply shocked and extremely apologetic when I texted her. She responded very fast, providing us with two complimentary hotel rooms for the night and getting a crew out that night (within the hour) to fix the problem in the home. We were able to stay the next two nights with very little issues. She even had extra supplies sent over to us through Walmart delivery within 45 minutes of me telling her the status of the repairs! My entire family now wants me to find out what type of mattress, sheets and pillows they slept on because they will not stop raving about how incredibly comfortable they were. We will stay here every time we come to town!

Perfect stay

Our 3-night stay in Dahlonega was everything we hoped it would be and more. Lorie was truly the hostess with the mostest! :) The house was immaculate and well stocked with anything you could possibly need, the bedding was top notch, and the location was private but also convenient to where we wanted to go. I book at least one vacation through VRBO each year, and Lorie was by far the quickest host to respond to inquiries. She even had additional dishwasher pods delivered within minutes of our request. 10/10 recommend this listing.

Roomy and comfy at once

The owners thought of it all and we had everything we needed for a busy weekend. It became a bit of a home base for visiting family and friends for our daughter’s wedding. We were able to find time to relax during the quiet moments and never had to stress about not having what we needed. Communication with the host was always within minutes and super positive!! We would love to come back and enjoy this place again sometime.

Short drive to downtown!

We are a group of three professional women who have stayed in various small towns across northern GA. We love to hike the mountain trails, especially to waterfalls! This Georgia Springs home is centrally located for easy travel to several different trails that lead to amazing waterfalls!!! It has direct access to a main highway that takes only 7-10 mins to downtown shopping and restaurants. It took a couple nights to get used to the noise of the passing traffic, but the convenient location was what we were looking for. The home is beautifully decorated and everything is high end, including the kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, TVs, etc. You can immediately tell the owner took great care in choosing the home decor. The beds are super comfy with elegant sheets, pillows and comforters. This home is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was an abundance of (nice) shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwashing tabs…and nite lights in every room! Lorie definitely thought of everything and truly made our weeklong stay enjoyable.

Dahlonega Visit

The house was lovely. It was very clean and ready for our arrival. The beds were great and we slept well. Loved the porches and area between the kitchen and garage. This house was in a great location that was an easy drive to downtown and area attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

30th birthday girls trip!

The beds!!! Four of us stayed for a four night stay and I think we were all most upset about having to leave the beds. SO comfy! And everything was clean. The girls in the hall bedrooms were a hoot attempting to use the hall bathroom/shower/tub thing. Perfect location, minutes to downtown and wineries. The house is adorable and getting to use a garage door opener made coming and going a breeze. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!
