This exclusive penthouse holiday apartment in a promenade villa is located right in the heart of the new BeachBay holiday resort on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein. From the roof terrace of the holiday apartment you can enjoy a fantastic view over Travemünde harbour, the River Trave and the Baltic Sea.



Enjoy the view over the sailing harbour and the Trave estuary and spend wonderful days on Travemünde's Baltic Sea beach. You can enjoy the summer on the large roof terrace and catch glimpses of the Scandinavian ferries passing by.



The penthouse is stylishly furnished to a high standard and modern. A special highlight is the bathroom, your personal small wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and steam bath with integrated double rain shower. This bathroom can be accessed through the second bedroom. The feel-good programme continues in the living area, as the flickering flames of the fireplace bathe the room in a particularly cosy light. The sofa can be converted into two comfortable sleeping areas in a few simple steps.



Of course, the holiday apartment at BeachBay is also equipped with a modern entertainment system including Blu-Ray, music system and TV. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos jug and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.



All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.



The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. In addition to playgrounds, bike hire, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship, the BayCenter also offers fun and games for the whole family. Admission to the "BayCenter" with black light mini golf, adventure golf, 600 m² indoor playground, Lazermaze, teeny club etc. is already included for NOVASOL guests.



The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.

Super Ausstattung, fantastische Lage, etwas Luft nach oben bei der Reinigung

Die Aussicht, der große Balkon, das Dampfbad, die Sauna, der Whirlpool: richtig klasse. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: für die obligatorische Endreinigungsgebühr erwarteten wir eigentlich eine richtig saubere Wohnung, speziell in Corona-Zeiten. Wir fanden aber vor: gebrauchter Kaffeefilter in der Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr in der Spülmaschine, unzählige Krümel hinter den Kissen auf den Sofas, ziemlich schmutzige Fenster... nicht sehr tragisch, aber für den aufgerufenen Tarif halt auch nicht richtig gut. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt jedoch sehr genossen, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Schöner & entspannter Aufenthalt in Corona Zeiten

Die FeWo war ideal für uns. Ein bisschen Ausspannen nach der Lockdown Phase. Alles super, das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war der Babyschnuller, den wir unter dem Sofa gefunden haben und dass es an einem Schlechtwettertag am frühen Abend kein Warmwasser mehr gab. Die Abfahrt wäre einfacher gewesen, wenn der Fahrstuhl funktioniert hätte ... Aber für all das enstschädigt die tolle Aussicht

Großartig!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Perfekt für eine FeWo eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Bäder- und Zimmerausstattungen haben überzeugt. Das Highlight war der Balkon mit dem Blick auf den Hafen! Trotz momentanen Baulärm am Tag sehr zu empfehlen.
