Tolles Wochenende mit Freunden und Familie

Das Hause bietet sehr viel Platz. Wir waren 9 erwachsenen und 3 Kinder zwischen 1 und 3 Jahren. Der Vermieter hat sich um alles gekümmert und wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben.

Ausstattung des Hauses ist ziemlich bunt zusammengewürfelt und zum Teil sehr abgenutzt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Steckdosen teilweise locker in der Wand.

Verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für größere Gruppen auch mit kleinen Kindern. Ein Spielplatz ist gleich um die Ecke. Reibungsloser Ablauf beim Ein- und Auschecken. Es hat alles gepasst und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank

Super für Familien mit (Klein-)kindern

Ein sehr schönes, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus, in sehr ruhiger Lage, Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 3 kleineren Kindern da und hatten mehr als genug Platz.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Es war ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Mistelgau. Das Haus ist riesig mit ausreichend Schlafzimmern und Bädern. In der Küche fimdet man alles, was in eine Küche gehört. Top ausgestattet. Schöne ruhige Lage in der Nähe der Kirche. Gute Busanbindung nach Bayreuth.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung!

Gemeinsam mit Freunden haben wir uns in dieser Ferienwohnung über das Wochenende aufgehalten. Es war sehr schön, Platz für alle vier Autos auf dem Hof direkt vor dem Haus, alles sauber und geräumig. Werden beim nächsten Treffen bestimmt wieder diese Ferienwohnung auswählen, wir hatten schon einige aber die war Overall am besten.

Perfektes Ferienhaus für viele Personen

Wir waren sechs Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. Das Haus war sehr gut für uns ausgelegt. Jeder hatte einen tollen Schlafplatz. Es gibt auf jeder Etage eine Toilette. Insgesamt sind 2 Duschen und eine Badewanne vorhanden. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Alles an Geschirr, Besteck usw. ist vorhanden. Es gibt 2 Kühlschränke mit Gefrierschrank, einen Backofen, einen Geschirrspüler und einen Kaffeevollautomat. Der Wohnzimmer-/Essbereich ist mit einem großen Tisch und Stühlen für eben 12 Gäste ausgestattet. Ein Kamin findet sich in diesem Raum ebenfalls. Eine Terrasse kann man auch nutzen, konnten wir aber aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht. Das ganze Haus ist ausnahmslos sauber. So toll hat man es häufig nicht! Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und darauf bedacht, dass alles passt und man sich wohl fühlt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Prima für Gruppen oder Großfamilien

Unser 2tägiger Wochenendtrip in Mistelgau war prima. Rewe im Ort war hilfreich, für vergessene Dinge bzw. frische Brötchen (auch sonntags). Wir sind in der herrlichen Umgebung gewandert und haben die Ruhe des Örtchens genossen. Der große Aufenthaltsraum bietet genug Platz für gemeinsames Frühstück/Essen, Spieleabend usw.

Perfektes Ferienhaus Nähe Bayreuth

Für ein gemeinsames Wochenende mit Freunden geplant, bot das großzügige Ferienhaus alles im puncto Ausstattung, Platz, Ambiente und Sauberkeit, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend, unkompliziert auch per WhatsApp, und von Beginn an einladend - ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Check-in Lösung mit Code-Schloss ist zudem eine wundervolle Lösung für alle Beteiligten (keine Schlüsselnot und flexibles Einchecken). Vielen Dank!

Unterkunft für 8 Erwachsene

Die Online-Beschreibung hat gepasst, für uns 8 Erwachsene war Platz. Das Haus war sauber, ist ordentlich eingerichtet und die Küche ist groß genug. Die Wege nach Bayreuth, Pottenstein oder allgemein zu den kleinen guten Hausbrauereien sind kurz. Also: klare Empfehlung ohne Meckern

Celebration with family

The property was in a cute village. It has three levels and clean. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and be comfortable. There is a small outdoor patio with table and chairs and charcoal grill. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine. Communication with owner was great and he answered all our questions. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. We loved the church bells ringing. The local grocery store Rewe staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Schöner Urlaub mit bitterem Ende

Die Gegend Bayreuth ist sehr schön zum Urlaub machen. Von der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns etwas mehr versprochen. Alles in allem war sie OK, mehr aber auch nicht. Bei Ankunft im Winter waren alle Heizung aus und die Temperatur der Wohnung lag bei 13°C. Es hat dann einen Tag gedauert die Wohnung auf Temperatur zu bringen. Die Wohnung ingesamt war in einem eher mittelmäßigem Zustand (dreckig und etwas in die Jahre gekommen). Außerdem forderte der Vermieter uns mehrere Male auf ihn mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten, was immer einen unangenehmen Beigeschmack mit sich bringt. Mit all dem konnten wir uns jedoch anfreunden und ließen uns den Urlaub nicht verderben. Was jedoch nach dem Urlaub passierte ging in meinen Augen etwas zu weit. Der Vermieter behielt die Kaution, mit der Begründung unsere Hunde hätten einen Teil seiner Möbel zerstört, ein. Hierzu kann sich jeder seinen Teil zu denken.
