Bathroom with rain shower, towel dryer, soap, hair dryer and towels. Separate toilet. Grander water. Internet W-LAN in the house. Farm with dairy cows, calves (from October to late May - the rest of the time you go on holiday in the mountains), chickens and cats. Grocery, sports shop and inns nearby. Winter: directly at the hiking, cross-country, skating trail, near the ski lift. Incl. Winter Card - for FREE use of the ski bus, cross-country trails and free visits to various events. Summer: Ideal starting point for hikes, bike and mountain bike tours, ..... sunbathing lawn and children's playground (swing, slide, sandpit) directly at the house. Holdamoos nature experience nearby. Bregenzerwald Guest Card included for stays of 3 nights or more (includes free use of the lifts, swimming pools, buses, ...)
