Wooden house, renovated 1995, living room/kitchen 2 beds, washing room (wc and shower), vestibule. Upstairs 6 beds in the loft (upstairs height only 1.7 m).

Own separate sauna building in the yard (wood-fired), room with fireplace. There is no running water in the sauna, water has to be carried from the water point in main cottage's wall. The house is located in farm courtyard. Owner's farm is 150 m away. The Leipyöli farm is situated in peaceful, rural scene, surrounded by fields.

In the owner's farm there is Highland Cattle, and meat can be bought from the farm. The farm also organizes family reunions, meetings and other events. Catering available on request.

Perniö (shops) 5 km, Salo 30 km, Tammisaari 40 km, Meri-Teijo ironworks, ski and golf 25 km, Latokartano rapids 14 km, Kasnäs (Spa and sea trips to Bengtskär ja Örö) 65 km.
