piccola e pulita

La casa (monolocale) si trova su di un terreno ( frutteto) che confina con un bosco in posizione molto tranquilla. Sullo stesso terreno a circa 20 metri di distanza c'è un'altra abitazione simile. L'interno dotato di aria condizionata, è molto pulito (in una unica stanza, c'è la cucina con il frigorifero ( prima di andare a dormire, consiglio di metterlo in posizione 1 così di notte non si accende sovente), un tavolo da pranzo, un divano e il letto; c'è unica piccolo corridoio con unica armadio e un bagno con doccia e lavatrice. All'esterno c'è un piccolo patio con tavolo,e ombrellone. C'e un barbecue a disposizione di tutti. La macchina si può parcheggiare su di un terreno adiacente ( chiuso da un cancello). La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Valtura si trova a 6 km. dal mare e a 6 km da Pola. La vicinanza dell'aeroporto non disturba minimamente. A Valtura c'è un piccolo supermercato e una trattoria. Per quanto ci riguarda, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Unico neo, se i vicini sono rumorosi, la tranquillità ne risente un po'..
