This BRAND NEW lower level beachfront rental is fantastic find for any family vacation. Open up the expansive panoramic doors, let in the fresh breeze, and just relax as you take in the phenomenal ocean views ahead. Enjoy local restaurants or prepare a delicious home cooked meal in the gorgeous fully stocked kitchen. Either way, you can't go wrong in this 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom, oceanfront duplex.

*This unit does have stairs to access entry way.

PARKING: GARAGE - 2 CARS TANDEM

Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.
(***PERMIT IS REQUIRED to PARK AT OUR OFFICE. PLEASE COME INTO THE OFFICE FOR A PARKING PERMIT; IF THE OFFICE IS CLOSED, PLEASE LEAVE US AN EMAIL)

BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Beautiful Location and property

We were in town for the weekend for a high school lacrosse tournament. It was very convenient to SoCal Sports Complex and very comfortable for us to unwind, cook our own food, but also easy to order in food. Nice to have the secured parking. Would stay again.

Beach weekend

We had a great long weekend in Oceanside. The house was clean and comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the balcony and common spaces and easy walk to the beach and downtown.

Great place and the view is incredible

We stayed at this property for my husband’s 60th birthday. There were 5 couples and it was so nice that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The only issue we had was with the wi-fi. We had a terrific time and would definitely stay here again!

perfect week

This worked perfectly for our family. We had several family members staying, and it was great! The view was amazing.... right on the water, it was nice for every bedroom to have a bathroom, and everything was clean, and really set up just right for us to enjoy each other. We could all gather in the family/dining room.... and did I mention the view! Wonderful stay that we all enjoyed!

Oceanside

The house was beautiful and clean, great location with an incredible view, plenty of space for five couples, and we had a great time. The owners responded quickly to our minor issues. Only complaints were the internet was out for a day, and while it is the ground floor unit, there is still a flight of steps to be in the great room with the awesome view. We’re planning to stay there again in the future.

Review

We loved this property. It was great that everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom. The only real issue we had was the check-in process. The codes were not working. We had to get on phone with someone & still have some issues there. Our checkin was at 2 & I think it was close to 2:30 by the time we finally got in. A few suggestions: 1. Leave instructions on how to get to the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers 2. Maybe a few more pots & pans. The only skillet there is old & is not flat so it was hard to fix things in it as it sort of “twirled “ around on the flat stovetop. Just a remember that on the bottom floor, first bedroom the door needs to be fixed. It doesn’t shut tight Also, on the 2nd floor, first bedroom, it could use some WD40, as it squeaks every time it was opened. Thank you again, we did have a fabulous time & would rent again if we need this big of a place.

Not as advertised

The sandy beach was a longer walk than we were told. The unit was on a dead end street and that was nice. There is not enough parking for the units. These are large units so extended families rent them. The additional parking at the rental office was nice but it’s not always convenient to have another family member take you there. When unloading and loading the “parking police” threatened us with tickets if we didn’t move our cars. The codes for the doors didn’t work at check in time and had to be changed so we didn’t get access at the check in time and yet we’re told if we stayed later than check out time we would be charged extra.

Family vacation

Unit very nice. A little confusing finding the entrance. Easier to go to garage first. Would be nice if there was a continuity book with necessary information. (Info on lights, TV, ac/heating ) and local service s and attractions.
