Prepare tasty recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Helpful extras include a blender, toaster, coffee maker, cutting board, and ample cookware. When you’re ready to eat, perch at the kitchen counter. This unit sleeps up to six guests in two well-appointed bedrooms. Sleep soundly in a comfy queen bed in the primary suite. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
Two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds can be found in the second bedroom. A guest bathroom offers another tub/shower combination.
Walk mere steps to gorgeous Ocean City Beach and spend the day splashing in the waves and lounging on the sand. You’ll also find plenty of shops, restaurants, and local attractions nearby -- the convention center is less than a mile from your retreat.
THINGS TO KNOW
The TVs in the bedrooms are not functional.
This unit is located on the first floor and is accessible via two flights of stairs. (There are no elevators.)
Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
The no smoking policy includes interiors of individual condominiums (vents in each stack connect such that smoke travels), balconies, walkways, garages and parking decks. Violations will lead to a fine.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
