Relaxed holiday in the Baltic resort of Binz

In a central location and relaxed atmosphere you can enjoy your holiday in this beautiful and spacious apartment in the basement. Here you can enjoy your holiday quietly and directly in the center of the Baltic Sea Binz.

The apartment is modern with a size of about 50 square meters, bright and friendly. It is divided into living room with dining area, kitchen with fitted kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bath tub. The bedroom has a double bed with a size of 1.60 mx 2.00 m. The fitted kitchen is equipped with 4-ring ceramic hob, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer.

In 2014 the apartment was completely modernized and the entire interior was renewed with furniture. In the living area you will find in addition to the flat screen TV, DVD player and radio with CD player also entertainment games and a good selection of books and DVD's.

In the garden you can enjoy the sun in the lounge area and use the covered, furnished terrace for a nice breakfast, afternoon coffee or a relaxing evening.

Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.

A free parking space is also available on the property for the duration of the stay.

Bicycles can be provided on request.

Schöne und zentrale Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geräumig und zudem sehr zentral gelegen. Zur Promenade und zum Strand waren es nur wenige Gehminuten. Der Kontakt mit Herrn Meyer war sehr nett. Er war sogar so freundlich uns mit unseren schweren Koffernvom Bahnhof abzuholen.

Whg ist gut ausgestattet, Bad schön hell, viele Ablageflächen und sogar einen Schminkspiegel, Küchenutensilien sind reichlich vorhanden und die Lage der Whg ist super, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Rügen kennenlernen

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber; die Einrichtung in einem Top Zustand; die Wohnung war sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem war alles Fußläufig ( Lokale; Einkaufszentrum und Strand ) zu erreichen.Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in Allem war es ein gelungener erholsamer Urlaub.

Toller Urlaub mit Sonnenschein

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft von Herr Meyer freundlich begrüßt. Uns wurde gleich der schöne Außenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheit und die modernen geschmackvolle eingerichtete Wohnung gezeigt.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Toller Urlaub mitten im Zentrum von Binz

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Binz. Die Lage ist perfekt, um alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. (EDEKA 3min Fußläufig, Strand/ Promenade 5min) Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den freundlichen Vermieter, der sich sehr um uns gekümmert hat. Selbst am Sonntag hat er sich die Zeit genommen, eine Steckdose für unsere E-Bikes bereitzustellen. Das hat unseren Urlaub sehr erleichtert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service! Es war ein toller Urlaub in Binz! Super Unterkunft: perfekte Lage nur 5 Minuten vom Strand/Promenade entfernt, sehr sauber, liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, super ausgestattete Küche, man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Herrn Meyer, stets sehr bemüht. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert und das alles zum super Preis! Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Traumhaft schöne Auszeit an der Ostsee

Da diese Reise sehr kurzfristig beschlossen und gebucht wurde, war die Freude riesig, ein so tolle Unterkunft zu finden und direkt nach der Anfrage eine Bestätigung zu bekommen. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich zentral und dennoch ruhig im ❤️en von Binz. Gerade an warmen Tagen ist die Lage im Souterrain ein Geschenk, so dass man nachts gut schlafen kann. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und super sauber!! Wunderschöne Tage auf Rügen

Die FeWo ist sehr zentral gelegen in Binz. Sie ist sehr geräumig und trotz Souterrain schön hell. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und praktisch. Alles ist dort wo man‘s braucht. Kleiner Hinweis für den Vermieter: Beleuchtung mit Bewegungsmelder hinter dem Haus wäre schön.

Binz Ferienwohnung Wandastraße

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Herrn Meyer, sind nett empfangen worden und uns fehlte es an nichts. Haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden und wohnten sehr zentral zur Strandpromenade. Bei schönem Wetter kann man im Garten sehr schön sitzen, auch unter dem Carport sitzt man sehr gemütlich, alles toll ausgestattet. Wir werden wieder in die gleiche Unterkunft unseren Urlaub verbringen. Toller Vermieter

Strand-und Radfahrurlaub

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sie ist gut aufgeteilt und die Küche perfekt ausgestattet.Im Garten kann man entspannt und in ruhiger Lage den Tag ausklingen lassen. Es sind nur 450 m zur Seebrücke und zum Strand.Wer Aktion will geht ins Zentrum,wo oft Veranstaltungen stattfinden.Bei allen Dingen hilft Hr. und Fr.Meyer weiter.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist ganz hervorragend gelegen und es sind zu vielen der schönsten Orte in Binz kurze Wege. Alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, Bäckereien und bspw. die Seebrücke sind ganz nah. Die Ausstattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war stets sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Absolute Empfehlung!
