3BR/2BA Condo located in Seagrove Beach! Nov. and Dec. Monthly Rate Available

Located in Seagrove Beach, Beachside Villas is one of the many hidden gems on the beaches of South Walton. This recently updated condo is located near one of the 2 pools in the complex. There is a golf cart trolley to/from beach available for our guests at Beachside Villas from March through October. The complex also boasts tennis and shuffleboard courts and a clubhouse that is able to be reserved for group functions. Beachside Villas 1121 sleeps 6. 1 King size bed, 1 Queen sized bed, 2 Twin size beds. Saturday to Saturday rental.

Parking for 2 cars only.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course, the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full-service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer.

If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

Amazing!

The condo was perfect and had everything we needed! The trolley was super helpful to get to and from the beach if u were too tuckered out to walk the block to get there! The master bed had my husband and I sleeping like babies! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great stay!

Make sure you pack beach chairs! There isn’t a place to rent them on the beach like there is other places in seagrove. We had to go buy chairs to carry out there each day because we were planning on renting them.

Decent property

Beach access was very misleading. Had to walk pretty far to our beach. That was hard with 3kids and 2 wagons full of beach supplies. The condo was nice but no ceiling light in master br, sliding door didn’t lock so kids could just go out to balcony and a few other minor things. But it was clean and pools were nice.

The condo was clean and updated. There are lots of amenities with 2 pools and tennis. The actual condo was great, we had no issues. There is a beach shuttle to take you to the lake area access and it is convenient. You can text or call for the shuttle. It was disappointing that you cannot access the beach area by the Sugar Dunes Boardwalk. The beach is private for 400+ feet before there is an area you can use. The private area has individuals sitting there all day to make sure you do not use their private beach. Overall it was a great vacation and we love 30A area. We would stay here again.

MANY STEPS to the beach

The property is clean and had nice beds, kitchen is a little shy on good pans and mugs. The downside is the beach allocated to this property is down a block because the beach out front is private property not owned by Beachside Villas, no chair umbrella companies are allowed to service their beach - so if you’re flying in - there are no chairs and you’ll need to buy some to carry & leave behind. Luckily we had a friend close who could let let us use their beach access- so we could rent chairs. The villa does have a shuttle if you are up for that kind of beach experience. Traveling with an older parent, it was not ideal.
