No communication from owner to resolve a problem

1st the description of the unit was not updated regarding missing amenities. When we tried to cancel prior to arriving due to illness, being placed in a hospital, the renter never responded

Very comfortable and peaceful

Such a a nice little place to get away. Close to beaches restaurants entertainment all of it. When we walked it peaceful music was playing which I enjoyed. The place and a pleasant clean smell. The bed was super comfortable. We stayed in San Juan one night but couldn't wait to get back to this little place. I really enjoyed falling asleep to the night time rainforest sounds. 10/10 recomend would stay again. Ivan was also so helpful and accommodating.
