This beautiful newly renovated vacation condominium is in the Terrace at Pelican Beach, part of the private Resorts of the Pelican Beach condominium complex. The condominium's private balcony offers a gulf-side view overlooking a private lake and long view to the Gulf of Mexico, giving the feeling of being right on the beach. The Terrace allows easy access to the beach via private beach walkway (3-minute walk). A great place to stay in Destin if you would like the option to walk to the beach, good restaurants, local attractions, and entertainment found in the Central Destin area.

This Two-Bedroom/Two Bath condominium offers 1,100 sf. ft. of interior space with a 173 sq. ft. balcony. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people and offers a wonderful sense of space to gather everyone together or to just sneak away for some private time.
It offers a master bedroom with plush King bed, a second bedroom with 1 plush Queen bed, and a pull-out Queen sofa bed in the living room for optional sleeping arrangements.

The condo hosts a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized range, refrigerator (with ice maker), dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, Keurig, blender, dishware, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The kitchen is beautifully laid out with new quartz countertops, large breakfast bar, and a large kitchen table to fit all of your family's needs. The kitchen overlooks the Living Area which is perfect for family gatherings. This condominium is fully-stocked with linens and towels and is fully appointed with all the basics and some extras not normally found in vacation rentals.
The Living Room and the Master Bedroom have wall mounted 65-inch Smart TVs and the guest room has a wall mounted 55-inch Smart TV.

This condominium offers high-speed Wi-Fi Internet which is perfect for teleworking and all of your family’s needs!

FREE car parking plus boat, trailer and jet skis are allowed in the parking lot. (That is a huge PLUS in Destin).

Nice condo

This unit is located in Pelican Beach resort but in Terrace building. The unit was neat but we saw dust here and there. The dryer wasn’t working. But owner responded pretty quick and happy about that. The view from the unit is awesome. We could see the ocean from the unit. You could sit in the porch and enjoy the sun on sunny days. We were able see the fireworks that were happening in the town.

Thanksgiving stay in Destin

Good location. 4-5 min walk to the beach. Enjoyable balcony views. Clean and comfortable. Harbor Walk and many restaurants within a short drive. The close by Marina Cafe had a fantastic Thanksgiving buffet and gorgeous Christmas decor. ( make reservations).

Summer Vacation

Property was absolutely beautiful! We definitely enjoyed our stay in Destin. Gary was great and helped us get our room for another night after we decided to stay one more night! We will definitely be coming back next year!

Beautiful Rental

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was beautiful, clean, and just as advertised. The 2 bedrooms were great for the 3 of us. My 7 yo daughter was excited to have her own room instead of a bunk bead tucked away in a hallway, as with some previous beach condos. The facility was awesome and the multiple pool options were great. Private beach area was amazing. Water was clear and refreshing. We could see the fireworks at the harbor from the balcony on Mon and Thurs nights. The water park across the street is walking distance and is a must for the kids.

A lovely place to stay

A great property in every way. Beautiful view, very clean, walking distance to the beach, plenty of space for my family of 6. Fabulous kitchen with everything needed to prepare family meals & a great washer/dryer to keep the clothes clean during our stay. The owner provided prompt communication whenever we had a question. Would highly recommend this property.

Spring Break 2024

My wife, son and I rented this unit for Spring Break. The communication from the owner was timely and provided every detail needed to check in, access the unit etc. He even provided a great list of restaurant recommendations, which was appreciated. The unit itself was clean, spacious and exactly as described. All appliances, televisions etc were in working order. The view from the balcony was excellent! I would highly recommend this unit for a family. It’s a great location in a well maintained complex with easy access to pools and the ocean.

Quick October getsway

We were unsure about visiting Destin in the fall but it turned out to be a great few days. The unit was clean and beautiful, parking was easy, basically had the pool to ourselves. Definitely will come back, it was so nice to be in the area with no crowds.

We love Destin, and loved staying here! The property was clean and felt upscale. In addition, there were many on site perks! Beach rentals, the cafe, and the tiki bar all did not disappoint. Wonderful location, stunning view, and beautiful condo! Definitely planning to stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

My husband and I loved the condo! Gary made the check-in process easy. He was really nice and answered all our questions. The condo was modern and most importantly clean. Typically the pictures are better than the actual condo but that wasn’t the case with this one. This condo has a beautiful view and I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Destin. The water pressure in the master bedroom was amazing. The only thing I would recommend is to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, etc. Other than that the condo is fully equipped with everything you would need for your trip.

Amazing Stay in Destin at The Terrace at Pelican Beach

The Condo was amazing! Everything was clean and well taken care of and even better than expected. The pictures do not do it justice. The view of the lake and the Gulf was incredible! You can tell that Gary really takes pride in making sure everything is perfect for his guest. We enjoyed our "semi private pool' at the Terrace as well as the 2 pools by the beach. The beach is just a short walk with reasonable priced umbrella and chair set ups. The food at the café was very good and reasonably priced as well. The Tiki Bar had a good selection of drinks. We will definitely be back again to this great property. Thank you Gary!

Incredible Stay! Loved it!

Just returned from a week at Sea La Vie and have nothing but positive feedback from our experience. Gary was super helpful and responsive throughout the process. The unit was precisely as expected, very clean, and well appointed. We enjoyed mornings and sunsets from the balcony - what a wonderful view!! We took advantage of the quiet terrace pool often (just a quick elevator ride away). The beach was a short walk and the crystal clear water did not disappoint. If you’re looking for an idyllic unit in a great location - this is it!

We loved it!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We had a little trouble with the door access code when we arrived, but Gary was very responsive. The view from the balcony is beautiful with plenty of seating. We were even able to see the fireworks one night. I really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with small appliances and pots and pans that I needed to cook for the week. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. The fans in the rooms were a little confusing at first since they are all operated with a remote, but we figured it out. Also, if you need to use the broom and dustpan, it is located next to water heater, door next to laundry room. I really liked the décor and how updated the unit is. Oh, and our teen boys loved the welcome basket of goodies. Overall, our stay was perfect, and we definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Gary, for hosting us!
