Hopeful but Disappointed...

Driving up to the venue, I was already discouraged by the number of sketchy looking characters loitering as well as coming in and out of the property. A reputable pkace would not allow this for the discomfort it creates for upstanding citizens. Second, after entering my room, I quickly discovered that the main TV was damaged and that the remote control would not even work correctly. I asked repeatedly for this to be addressed all weekend and it never was. There was also NO liner curtain in thr showee so the water just seeoed through the decorator curtain all over the floor. I also brought this to their attention but nothing was done. Finally, I had my gands full of stuff this morning and was ready to sit down and eat breakfast and could not even get back in because the code for the door would not work. Had to bug the cleaning crew to let me in. I come to PHX at least once a month. I will not stay here again.
