Private getaway cabin

We love to stay here! Steps from the beach, the sounds of the waves, and quiet area of Dillon Beach. Beautiful back yard with hot tub and views. Cabin is cozy and well equipped. Management is responsive and helpful. We will be back soon!

Loved the property. Had some weather resulting in a loss of electricity. Property manager was very quick in his response Awesome location and very comfortable. Great, enclosed yard for pet. We come to Dillion Beach once a year for at least a week. Will definitely rent this house again.

Location can't be beat

We stayed at the cottage to go bioluminescence kayaking. The location is steps from the beach. The patio and yard area were major plusses for our family. We would stay here again.

Fall get away

Really enjoyed our stay- the house is funky but clean and comfortable. We live the family style cottages and love looking at all of the books, art and knickknacks! We had some great views, lived the hot tub and the fire pit- lots of great memories

Cute, clean, and comfortable cottage!

The cottage was so cozy and quaint! Everything was clean, and very comfortable. The living room windows had beautiful ocean and sunset views. I especially enjoyed the super comfy sofa near the gas fireplace, and the rocking chair on the backyard deck. The cottage has everything for a relaxing, enjoyable beach vacation, it was an amazing week!

Cats meow cabin

We simply love this place. I usually stay here a couple times a year. It has become a regular place for us to visit. The cabin is always clean close to the beach and quiet. It is also dog friendly. If you have a pet we will be coming back soon. We love this place.

Fantastic, Peaceful, Charming

Charming house with a big fenced backyard, hot tub, fire pit, and propane BBQ. All you need for a beach getaway to dog-friendly Dillon Beach. Trail leading to beach feels like your private entrance to the dunes and beach. Loved the history of the house, all the wood paneling, plus modern kitchen amenities. Communication easy with VRBO manager. We brought plenty of food for our 3 night stay as there are no near grocery stores. The little general store up the road has a few staples (eggs, milk, cheese). Plenty of chairs and sitting areas to relax in the living room and in backyard. Smart TV with Roku and streaming services. Lots of DVDs to play too. The view of the ocean is partially obstructed because of another house you can see Tomales Point and across the Bay. This in no way takes away from the house because it is just a two minute walk to the beach. We brought our own fire pit wood (you can buy a bundle on the way into town) but there was already some there for at least one fire. And there was kindling and newspaper already there. The hot tub was easy to use. House instructions in binder was helpful and also had interesting history of area. Thank-you for such a nice stay - we will return again next year.

Dillion Beach Get a Way

My daughter and I had a great time during our visit. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed and was just minutes away from the beach. We loved the backyard. We hope to be back soon. Thank you for sharing your cottage!

Always perfect

We love staying at this house! It’s always clean and well equipped. Even with just one bathroom, the house accommodates 3 adults very comfortably. It’s also very pet friendly. Our little dog just loves the back yard, and so do we! This is our favorite place to stay in Dillon Beach.

Young family haven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a few said with kids (2.5 and newborn) and dog. The cabin has so much character and we enjoyed the lovely enclosed yard. The Dillon Beach resort with general store and restaurant has about anything you could need and we did a grocery shop in Petaluma at Whole Foods on the way in. We hope to come back again next year!

Relaxing!

Comfortable bed. Walking distance to the beach. All the amenities you need, and none you don’t. Very quiet spot…just what my wife and I needed as a respite from work.
