Quiet and spacious 130 sqm villa-apartment AUGFLOR with 3 bedrooms on two levels, suitable for family of 4 (+ 2 children, please ask). Villa is located on the hills of Cagnes-sur-mer, in the heart of the French Riviera, between Cannes and Monaco, near Nice airport.
Beautiful petit garden, full of flowers and herbs, an outdoor dining room with bbq, a few terraces and a small pool are awaiting for you - ACCESS EXCLUSIVE FOR THE GUESTS, not shared.

Second level - LOFT WITH LOWER CEILINGS - 2 bedrooms, bathroom

Our house has a unique location offering calm and peaceful place to enjoy your holiday away from the town noise, yet within close reach to the beaches, town centre, supermarkets, Nice airport and A8 motorway, giving an excellent opportunities to visit all picturesque towns of Riviera as well as a getaway way to go the mountains and Italian border.
The area is residential, green, quiet and secure. Neighbours nearby are quiet and friendly.
Private parking and garage are available.
Car is strongly recommended unless you are super fit and enjoy hiking the hills.
Bus stops 5 min walk from the house.
