What used to be a traditionally managed hotel and suite property has now been converted to condos. Every unit is individually owned and/or managed. We are so excited to be your host for this very special one room studio unit with the best views on property! Think hotel room but better! We pride ourselves in scrupulous cleaning and adorable comfortable coastal decor which was recently remodeled! Old Florida coastal vibes at its' best here!
This adorable efficiency unit is perfect for your New Smyrna Beach getaway. This tropical room features a comfy king bed, set of bunks (yes kids they are a PIRATE SHIP!!!) , super cute freshly updated bath, huge smart tv, fridge, microwave and Keurig! If that isn't enough, then wait till you step out onto your private balcony to enjoy your breathtaking pool/ocean view! Open the sliding glass door and hear the waves crash! This is perfect for a couple or small family! (no adults on top bunk please!) Bunk beds are a full with a twin on top. If a squeaky clean little ocean spot that's cute as a button and a great value is on your agenda then Coastal Waters 202 is for you!

Perfect for the weekend

We had a nice weekend in New Smyrna Beach. The unit was perfect for our brief stay. It was thoughtfully supplied which everything we needed. It was clean. Great location. The host provided great recommendations and information.

Beautiful view but very small

BEAUTIFUL view with easy access to the beach. Gorgeous sandy beach, not crowded at all. Condo is nicely decorated and clean but VERY small. Very little room to move around (basically like a small dorm room). Not much area to hang items to dry (very small bathroom). Good location, easy to get to lots of places for a short drive. Decent pool with very little traffic, even during spring break. Smoking area is right outside the pool area which isn’t ideal in my opinion (could be farther away). Owner is very communicative and responds very fast.

Cute room, good for small family.

Not much of a beach, but possibly with was just due to weather. The waves were basically all the way up to the building. The building fire alarm system needs some work, which I saw a note about it being upgraded in March, but it was October and more definitely needed to be done (licensed fire alarm professional here).

Amazing!

We had such an amazing stay! Everything was very clean and so cute inside! Very quiet area so you’re able to just relax. Lisa was the best at communicating and made sure we had all the needed information. You felt welcomed by her without ever meeting her! She responds quickly to messages and is just wonderful! We are already wanting to come stay again. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a beach getaway.

Perfect Getaway!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay but our gracious hosts is what really made this an amazing and perfect choice. The ocean view studio is exactly as pictured - the decor is so nice and you cannot beat the view. We will most definitely be booking again!

Great!

Condo was clean and it was amazing to have everything in the condo that was there. The beds were comfortable and the linen smelled great. Only one thing to improve would be getting ventilation in the bathroom, there is no fan, which creates moisture and some mold on the ceiling. Great communication & great location. Unfortunately, the tide was super high when there so not much of a beach to enjoy. My girls still didn’t mind though. Good proximity to good restaurants and stores. Overall, would stay again. :)

Memorable Getaway

We came to New Smyrna Beach to celebrate our daughter’s 18th bday. This location was perfect! We had a nice, relaxing, and comfortable stay. We were a few steps from the beach and pool. We had a beautiful view from our room and it was nice and quiet. Our hostesses were amazing and made our stay special. We are looking forward to staying again soon!!

Short visit to the East Coast

The property was as described. A well equipped, cute condo! It was a short trip to visit some friends, so we didn’t really get to use the facility much. We did enjoy the beach which was right out back for an afternoon which was really nice. Communication with Lisa couldn’t be better! Instructions at the condo were very clear. The bunkbeds are pretty cool, and I’m sure would excite young children. We walked next-door to chases for dinner, which was great. End of the night after dessert across the street at SoNapa Grille. The bread pudding was to die for! I’m not sure if the little pool of water next to the larger pool was a Jacuzzi or just a kids pool. If it was a Jacuzzi, it was the same temperature as the pool. We would stay again.

Great little bungalow

Everything was very clean upon arrival. Communication was excellent and we enjoyed the heated pool and proximity to the beach. Our small children loved the bunk beds! Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely Loved everything about this Condo. ❤️

I came to New Smyrna Beach, FL for my Daughters Modeling/Photoshoot. Everything was just as pictured. Very Clean, Convenient location, beautiful view, heated pool and heated kiddie pool. Had coffee,cups,microwave, refrigerator. TV was nice and big. And AC worked amazing! She has beach chairs and towels if needed. The only thing I would recommend is a Body Mirror, but the bathroom one and the one behind the bed was suffient. It was just what we expected and more! We will be back, I hope to book this same room if we need to come back again for my daughters modeling. Owner was so kind, very responsive and easy to reach. Thank you, for having us! 💜💜

Short but Sweet!

Beach Vacation

Beautiful beach vacation. Host was very welcoming. We appreciated the paper products, coffee etc waiting for us in the condo. Good supply of towels for both beach and bath. Also great supply of beach chairs, etc for us to use. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay
