nice quick get away

A friend and I came to San Antonio for the night for an event. This property was perfect for our quick get away. Clean, friendly, and close to everything we needed. Will definitely book again

Perfect Location

Walking distance from the riverwalk! We stayed here for a conference and found it very easy to get to and from by foot or a cheap uber ride. Good neighborhood, never felt unsafe. The beds were very comfy. Great stay all together!

Very cool litttle place! Close to riverwalk and convention centre. Great area! Very quiet. Awesome host! Definitely stay again if we ever end up back in San Antonio.

Great Stay!

We loved our stay! The host was very nice and accommodating. The rental is walking distances to many restaurants and downtown. We walked to the river walk multiple times throughout our stay and it was very convenient. Would stay here again.

Retirement Adventure

Not fancy, but very adequate and very friendly. Host lives on the proporty which is convenient for information and directions. However,our space was private. Due to the location I would certainly do a return stay. Again, host was very nice.

she's a great owner! friendly and accommodating.. the pups are super friendly but listen to the owner. the location is great and really close to the Riverwalk with a splash pad and park close by

Long weekend getaway

This house worked out great for our long weekend. We stayed 4 nights and this place is in a great area to walk to pretty much anything. The host Olivia and puppies were just great. She was there for anything needed. I wanted to watch a sports game and boom she set up a projector outside for me to watch it on. I will definitely be booking again at this property!!

Our host Oliva was amazing! She made sure to meet us when we arrived and checked in with us throughout our stay. Her dogs were super friendly! Very close to the Henry B Gonzalez Conference Center and Alamodome. Highly recommend it.

Amazing property and fantastic host!

I came to San Antonio for a conference. So glad the hotel was sold out and I looked for Vrbo availability. Stayed in "Adorable" (Ms. Oliva's name for the guest apartment I stayed in). Very clean and comfortable space that's an easy walk to the convention center. Ms. Oliva is kind and friendly. She is happy to interact with her guests at their level of comfort. If you want to be left alone to do your own thing, she will only check to be sure you have everything you need. Personally, I enjoyed hanging out with Ms. Oliva, her friends, and her precious dogs. I highly recommend the property and hope to return for future visits to San Antonio.

Great time!!

Olivia was a great host. We were staying here to attend a conference at the with a short walk to the conference center. The villa was comfortable and clean. The host was attentive to our needs, got us some coffee and even threw me a birthday party. It was fun!

Very Nice Owner - Environment Not Great - Good Location

Not as indicated on the listing. As soon as you stepped out of the unit or walking toward the unit there was dog pee all over the concrete patio in at least 30 spots. The smell was pretty bad. The property owner lives on site and was very nice and accommodating when we asked about the TV and heater. The unit itself was old but relatively clean. The main problem was the strong dog pee odor as soon as you walked out and all the way to the exit fence. Towels smelled like cigarettes although the unit did not smell of smoke.

The Good: * Friendly host, was helpful with directions and area information * closer to downtown The Bad: * Too small shower area that we kept bumping on to the wall a lot and uncomfortable * one of the beds was creaking springs and noisy, quite uncomfortable to the back * crushed beer cans and bugs behind the bed and on the floor * kitchen supplies were limited * tv was not working * could have used one more table and convenient power outlets, instead of a couch

Der weg war eindach und klar berschrieben. Die casita war für zwei Personen großzügig mit 2 großen betten. Olivia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Perfekt ist die lage direkt am tower of the americas. Zu fuss ist man in 15 minuten am river walk. Auch abends haben wir uns nie unwohl gefühlt. Man konnte den ausenbereich nutzen

Love this place.

We stayed at Olivia s vacation rental and we were treated like family. We walked everywhere. Loved San Antonio. What a great time we had as we celebrated our 35th anniversary. Fantastic location and fantastic people.

Perfect!

My stay was absolutely perfect. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. My San Antonio friends and I visited well into the morning hours catching up on 20 years and celebrating our deceased friend. We fell in love with the relaxed atmosphere and our gracious host Oliva. She has my business and recommendations whenever I return!

lOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Firstly, our host Oliva was gracious and informative. Be sure you ask about local restaurants. Azuca and Ola are wonderful, a 12 min walk from her property. Her dog was fun, and the outside seating area was very pleasant. We would definitely stay with Oliva again.

Walking Distance

The location is ideal to get to the river walk, the Alamo, and numerous restaurants. When we first drove up to the property, I was a little skeptical since the look of the neighborhood was questionable for safety. Properties are older with a few houses under construction. However, we walked to restaurants in the dark and people would be sitting on their front porches and would wave to us and greet us. We never felt unsafe walking. The property is older however it is clean and neat. The owner is very friendly and available if you need anything. We would stay here again.
