About this property

Direct Oceanfront 1st Floor Condo! Steps from the sand!!

Clean, beautiful and all the comforts of home. 2 bedroom/1 bath condo with the ocean so close you can almost touch it! Sleeps 6. A 20 foot balcony gives you the best seat in the house for sunrises, sunsets and dolphin viewing.

Master bedroom is on ocean side. The second bedrroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. A walk-in shower/water closet is between the two.

A fully furnished kitchen means you don't have to eat out every meal...unless you like to eat outside on the great balcony.

A wonderful place to get away and relax in the sun and surf. You can go to the Amelia Island Ritz Carlton for a massage or shop in Old Town Fernandina, explore Fort Clinch or watch for submarines leaving Kings Bay. End your days at one of the many fine eating establishments.

The guest notebook in the unit provides you with lots of options to explore.

Beautiful condo with a balcony overlooking the ocean and a wonderful beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo right on the beach! The beach access was through a locked gate in the parking garage, and the beach was not crowded at all while we were there. There was an elevator, which was much appreciated for the luggage. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach decor was pretty, and the beds and furniture comfortable. It was a short drive to many restaurants and the historic town of Ferdinandina Beach. We would love to stay again!

Outstanding Stay in Fernandina Beach

This is a great rental in the Fernandina Beach area. The rental has an incredible view of the beach area, is newly renovated, wonderfully decorated, and well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen. We very much enjoyed our stay here, and will be returning in the future. Thank you so much for offering such a great rental!

A great spot to relax!

We enjoyed staying at this end of the island--it is quieter and has less traffic than areas further south.The unit itself has a great view and a great deck. The only downside is that it is right above the walkway from the beach, & groups entering/exiting can be noisy!The LR/Dining area has newer, comfortable furniture. The main BR was adequate, though a new mattress might be a consideration. The kitchen was a disappointment. There were only 4 forks 2 teaspoons,(plus 6-8 serving spoons!), and the frying pans & cookie sheets should be replaced NOW. The plastic plates from the dollar store are not safe, (BPA) so we chose to buy paper plates.This is a nice condo, and we loved the location...but it definitely needs some updating.

Great stay for the 3rd year

Continues to be consistent, clean and perfectly located at a fair price. We love Amelia Island and live just a couple hours away. Considering retiring to this part of the state and this place is our go-to spot for visiting.

Enjoyed our stay but could have been a little cleaner, few bugs and hair in the room and mattress pads was dirty. The property manager was Awesome!! Things in life is not always 100%, so I'm not complaining. It was still a very nice place to stay!

We had such a wonderful and peaceful stay! The condo was clean and packed full of amenities! We especially loved the comfy beds, plentiful towels, and treats galore. We had everything we needed and then some! We also loved being so close to the beach without dealing with major crowds. The town of Fernandina has much to offer and we were treated well by the locals. We can't wait to make the trip back and stay here again! I highly recommend booking ASAP!

Nice stay right on the beach

Great stay right on the beach. Weather was great. Patio was large. All utensils provided. Only negative was the bed was too soft and apt needed a bit more cleaning. Also, roof was being worked on but negotiated a discount. So with discount, couldn’t complain.

The location is right on the beach with covered parking. The place was super clean and the hosts supplied us with snacks and beach toys and chairs. We will definitely try to return soon!

Perfect Beach Condo

This was the perfect place for my sister & I to relax, enjoy the ocean, & the surrounding area. The condo was very clean & well stocked, even with some special added snack items, extra ice & water. I would come back to this unit anytime I/we have the chance!

Best of the Best!!

This was our first visit to Amelia Island and we could not have been any happier with the condo and it's location! The condo itself has an amazing view and literally just steps to the beautiful beach! Sunrises were absolutely gorgeous and dont even have to get out if bed to see them! We also got to enjoy dolphins swimming nearby. The condo is very, very clean and had more than could ask for as far as supplies for kitchen, bed and bath. The thoughtful goody basket was also a very nice touch! Would highly recommend a nice stay at this condo. Thanks to Mike & Faye for letting us enjoy your slice of heaven! :)

Great property.. perfect location!

First time to the island and this property was perfect! Very clean and comfortable.. even the mattress and I’m usually picky. Loved the porch directly facing the beach. Spent so much time out there. The location was perfect to everything on the island and the owner was quick to respond when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

First Time to Amelia Island!

Mike and Faye’s place was perfect! It was bright, clean and right on the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise while enjoying coffee on the balcony. The beach was a few steps away where we walked along the beautiful sand and looked for shark teeth. We would love to come back again soon!

Love the sand bar!

We had a nice comfortable stay. The hosts really care about their guests. The furniture on the balcony has been updated from what’s shown in the pictures. FYI, If you have never been to Fernadina Beach before and have heard that driving on the beach is allowed, we did not see any cars driving on this stretch of beach during our stay. While there are a lot of beautiful shells on the beach, they can hurt your feet while walking. But in the evening when the tide goes out, it exposes a massively long sand bar. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks for sharing your unit with our family!

We love the beach. We have always wanted a home near the beach. This is close enough to home for a quick get away.

What makes this property unique

We are directly on the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing from the den and master bedroom. Our part of the beach is not over-run with people. You can sit on the porch and feel like you are on the beach. We love to watch the dolphins swim up and down the beach. We have even seen baby sea turtles returning to the ocean. No cars are allowed on this end of the beach which makes it safe for your children to play in the sand. Tranquil and beautiful!
