Ski The Greatest Snow on Earth.

You can't find a much better location. Our condo is convenient to everything you want. We're on the 14th fairway of the Park City golf course tucked into a quiet area across the street from Park City Mountain Silver Star chairlift and Village. Very comfortable 1700 sq. ft. condo with two separate Master Bedrooms. Each one has it's own newly remodeled bath and Sealy pillow-top queen size bed with down comforters. One Master is on the ground floor, one is on the second floor. A third queen size pillow-top bedroom is secluded on the third floor. A separate sleeping loft with a twin-over-queen bunk is also on the second floor.There is a high-tech Euro washer and dryer in the main bath area, and a 50' flat screen TV with Cable and blue ray DVD in the living room area. WI-FI, and Video streaming is also available.
You can walk across the street and access Park City Mt. in less than 5 minutes. Pick up your lift ticket at the Silver Star lift and avoid all the lines!

Using the free Park City Shuttle (shuttle stop across street), you can go to almost anywhere you want to go. Including ski Deer Valley (rated #1 by Ski Magazine),The Canyons, or ride up to Main Street and enjoy the fine dining and shopping. Pine Mountain touring runs a groomed cross country ski track on our golf course all winter.

If the kids need a safe place to play in the snow, our unit has plenty of common open space to enjoy right next to it.

After a rewarding day of skiing, come home and relax those muscles in our private in-deck Jacuzzi, and look at the stars!

Great location near silver star ski & sport

Very nice owner, and with location right next to Silver Star Ski and Sport it’s hard to beat. You have the Silver Star left right there and the best ski shop in Park city

Comfortable and Convenient

Comfortable and well appointed place in a great location. Communication with Rick was seamless and very pleasant. Comfy beds, wonderful fireplace and great location. Whether you make the short walk to the Silver Star lift or take the bus to the main resort area, the location is great. Will certainly rebook next time we visit Park City.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful.The bus stop was very close and made getting to the ski resort and downtown hassle free. The bus comes often and we never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. A chairlift to Park City Mountain was also nearby and would also be accessible from the condo. The chairlift was not running while we were there, but the bus was so easy to catch that it wasn’t a problem. There is cross country skiing and snowshoeing available right outside the condo.

This place was perfect for the 9 of us. Loved the hot tub and playing out back in the snow. We ended up driving to main ski area rather than taking advantage of the close lift because of kids not walking well in ski boots

Great place and location.

Location was great. Just a short walk to Mountain Village. Hot tub saved the day after skiing. Place had everything you’d need. Great communication with the owner. Definitely recommend.

Hot tub was nice to have at the end of each day. Good layout for two families. Condo is a bit dated and would have been nice to have toiletries provided, like shampoo. Loft bed very squeaky. Good location and easy access to town and resort.

Perfect friends ski weekend!

Great ski condo for a group. Plenty of room to relax on the couches by the fire pit, around the table, or by the hot tub. Host was very responsive answering a few questions that we had.

This condo is perfect for skiing Park City. Right up the road from Silver Star, for quick access and a great hot tub for when you're done. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed. Gas fire place was a cool feature. Would recommend!

Coziest Condo in Park City

Loved staying at this condo. We went with a group of 7 to go skiing and to check out the Sundance festival and it was perfect for us. We fit all 7 of us comfortably in the hot tub, living room, and dining room table. The 2 porches are an awesome spot to relax and check out the mountains. The condo was very clean, easy to access, and had everything we needed (towels, plates, silverware, blankets, etc). A very cozy place to be in the mountains. It was very short walk to the PC base and even shorter walk to the Silver Star lift. We will definitely be staying here again next time in Park City! Thanks Rick!

We enjoyed four nights here… great for a large group if space is needed.

Wonderful!! We got a snow storm while we we there and it was truly appreciated that there were tons of available spices for our use to cook in. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pan and essentials. Close to grocery store as well. Really clean and comfortable beds. The top floor is good for kids since the stairs leading to it are kind-of steep. I would definitely stay here again if we travel back to Park City.

Affordable condo one shuttle stop away from PC Mountain

The property was great for two families with one kid each. The third floor loft has really steep stairs so not the best for everyone but it is really quiet once you are up there. The property itself is a little dated but has everything you need and is the right price. The huge private hot tub alone is worth the booking! Don’t expect to walk to PC base. It looks closer than it is. The shuttle stops across the street and is only one (maybe two) stops away. We just had family members take/pick us up each day.

Great Place to Stay for a Ski Trip!

Everything you need for a ski vacation! Walkable to the silver star lift and lodge, and shuttle across the street can take you anywhere else in PC!

Location is amazing

We had 3 couples and 2 younger guys and the space was perfect for us. The location and proximity to the skiing was unbeatable. The hot tub was a huge hit. Would definitely love to stay there again. Rick was very responsive to the one small issue we had. Snow was epic and our time at Payday was perfect.

Great Family Ski Trip

We loved this condo! Great location to walk and get right on the lift at Silver Star! Rick was so great to communicate with about everything!! The condo was so well stocked in every way!! Our favorite was having the fireplace and spa at the end of ski days!! We would love to rent this property again!!!

We decided on Park City after skiing all the other major ski area in the West. Park City won best overall. It's easy to get to and has great snow. Deer Valley consistently is voted a top ski area in the USA by Ski Magazine.
