NEW Modern Farmhouse: pool and guest house - 6.9 miles University of Arkansas!

While we are away, we hope you feel at home in our home! With an open concept, there is plenty of room for family to gather inside around the table or outside on the patio. Bring your friends and family to stay to in the guest house on property. Enjoy a hot espresso and experience the simple life! Our house has a spacious private master bedroom with connecting master bathroom in addition to the other three bedrooms that are connected to the lounge. A large living room open to the kitchen with a garden for farm to table dining, makes for great entertaining when paired with the butlers pantry coffee bar. The large windows make for a stunning view overlooking the country side and large, in-ground pool. The covered patio has heaters and a large smart TV for viewing your favorite game while you grill and enjoy your company. This listing is for both homes on the property. They are separated by a large salt water pool in the common area. The guest house is complete with its own full open concept kitchen and laundry room as well as two private bedrooms and baths. Gathering on the turf patio fireside will be the perfect place to make lasting memories.

Great Weekend Stay

Beautiful and so comfy!

This place is amazing! We were a group of eight high school friends who opted to stay in a house instead of a hotel so we could all spend time together and it was perfect. We were able to eat dinners together at the big table. We were able to sit outside around the beautiful pool and reminisce. We were able to curl up with the drink in front of the beautiful outdoor fireplace at night. It was above and beyond what I had expected. The hosts were very responsive and the the location was incredible. Recommend 1000%

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great and the outdoor area wonderful. Close enough to Fayetteville to run in often but far enough away to enjoy quiet country life. Loved having the smoker for cookouts and the pool to cool off in. Owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Family Time

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to have our family all come together for a long weekend. Everything was perfect and so relaxing. From the time you walk thru the front door you feel at home and the decor is gorgeous. Everything we needed was there…just pack your bags. Mom’s Weekend for Fraternity

We were a group of 5 moms in town for our boys fraternity “Mom’s Weekend”. The house was perfect for us. After our scheduled events, our boys came over to hang out & watch the final 4 college basketball games & then play some games with us. The weather was too windy to enjoy the outdoor area/fireplace, but the indoors was just as awesome :) Highly recommend anyone to stay here. Host was very responsive & house had literally everything you would ever need!

Just lovely

This place was just right and I cannot say enough about the generosity of the hosts who went above and beyond for us. We used this house as lodging, but also as a place for a small wedding reception for our daughter. It was the perfect venue. Tanae even let us come up early and tour the place so we could better plan. I’ve got nothing but great things to say, except to be prepared for the height of the master bed if you’re short ! Lol

Game Day Weekend

The property was very well laid out for our group of 8, with sleeping quarters spread out between opposite ends of the main home and the guest quarters in the back. The outdoor fireplace and patio area were perfect for a fall gathering of friends.

Butler/Stanley wedding reception

The wedding reception was held here and it was the perfect setting. The kitchen had a large island that was great for the buffet. The pool was an added focal point with the decor and was great the next day for fun and relaxation. The out of town guests stayed in the house and the bride and groom in the guesthouse! Everything was perfect and beautiful! The owners were so nice!

A few friends wanted to have a weekend getaway and this was the perfect spot. The outdoor space was wonderful for grilling, swimming, and hanging. Tanae was quick to respond to our inquiries. Our group had plans around Fayetteville over the weekend, but we ended up scrapping them because we wanted to spend more time at the house, specifically the backyard. We really couldn’t recommend the place more. It was lovely. Top to bottom. We loved it.
