EXPERIENCE: Custom curated recommendation lists of activities sent with every reservation. Bike trail maps and helmets provided along with recommended stops. Yoga mats and free weights are also available for guest use. Private chef and luxury masseuse experiences can be arranged to be enjoyed in the comfort of the loft for an extra fee.

LAYOUT: Approx. 1,100 sq. feet. The floor plan accommodates guests in many ways. Living room with Queen sleeper sofa and half bath is located on the bottom floor. Kitchen and dining room featuring tall ceilings, BBQ, and balcony with views on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom and large cantilevered balcony with swing is located on the 3rd floor. You may just fall asleep under the stars!

LUXURY BEDROOM: Guests enjoy a soothing night’s sleep with custom linens, lofty duvets, feather-weight pillows, and premium mattresses with a bed handcrafted from sustainable bamboo.

SUNSET GLOW: New Mexico sunsets are some of the most dramatic in the world, encapsulating the colors of the high desert and stunning cloud formations. From the loft's expansive windows, expect to see deep orange, red, dusky purple, salmon, and rust as the sun slips over the horizon each evening.

ABOUT TOWN: A perfect place for cyclists, the Santa Fe Rail Trail bike and pedestrian path is right outside the window. Take the brand new bikes out for a spin with miles of bike paths adjacent to the rail line. Santa Fe has ranked as a top biking destination in the US with great reason. Biking trail maps and helmets available for guest use with signed liability waiver.

Santa Fe Railyard is known for its Farmers' Market on Saturdays (year round) and Tuesdays (during summer months) and live outdoor concerts in the summer, a mere 10 minute bike ride away from the home.

PETS: This home is dog-friendly with an additional $150 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.

In the heart of the historic rail yard District, the Pacheco Street Lofts are located on Santa Fe’s rail trail. Winner of the 2007 American Institute of Architects Santa Fe Design Excellence Award and 2008 Parade of Homes Winner, the lofts frame extraordinary views of historic downtown, the Jemez and Sangre de Cristo Mountain Ranges and Atalaya Mountain. Cantilevered steel balconies offer unparalleled views of Santa Fe’s surrounding landscape and cityscape.

A convenient five-minute walk from the new rail yard shopping and entertainment development, Guadalupe Street Arts corridor and Trader Joe’s. Another 10 minutes’ walk will take you to Santa Fe’s historic Plaza filled with art, shopping, dining and entertainment.

The lofts are adjacent to the Rail Runner train’s South Capitol station, which provides service to the downtown Albuquerque Alvarado Transportation Center and Albuquerque’s International Sunport airport. Guests may travel without car and take the rail runner from ABQ into the South Capitol station with the home located a mere two minute walk from the rail platform.

A quick bike ride or drive to everything Santa Fe has to offer. Uber/Lyft are also readily available. The condo is a few minute walk to the closest bus stop and the Rail Runner train station (South Capitol stop) if a quick trip to Albuquerque is on the agenda.

There is one dedicated parking spot for the unit. It is not suitable for large trucks or RV’s. There is limited visitor parking accessible with parking pass. Please inquire if traveling with more than one vehicle.

The stunning 3-storey layout means there are two sets of stairs in the home. Home is not equipped with gates or safety equipment for children.

The Pacheco Street Lofts complex is close to the Santa Fe Rail Runner train track which actively runs from 6am-9pm on weekdays and 10am-10pm on weekends. The horn doesn’t blow loudly, but you may hear the train occasionally, though this unit is well set back. Feedback from guests is that it's not unpleasant nor disruptive -- a far cry from a rattling subway or loud locomotive.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance:
It is highly recommended that guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the 'Insure My Trip' or 'Squaremouth Travel Insurance' website for Cancel for Any Reason insurance options which usually run about 5-10% of the cost of the booking.
