Property had many outdoor amenities including paddle board , kayaks, and dock access with a great view of the lake tucked away in a cove.
Indoor was spacious with a well stocked kitchen with large countertop area making it easy for family dinners and game nights.
Reading nook with view of the water.
Plenty of beds and great outdoor shower.
This place was amazing and perfect for our family. We love being near the sandbar and this was close enough, but also offered some privacy from boat traffic. It was easy to put our boat in and out as well. The fire pit was a favorite for kids and adults alike and we spent a lot of time outside around it. The house is very well stocked with everything you can imagine, including a separate coffee station with a little refrigerator for cream! The open concept in the kitchen/ living room area allowed us to spend time together with room for everyone and having the bedrooms a distance away was great when the kids went to bed. Also, the outdoor shower was phenomenal. We can’t wait to go back again next year. Beth has thought of everything to make your stay special.
We've always stayed in great houses, but this is hands down our favorite! This house is not only in the best location (a protected inlet while so close to the sandbar you can see it from the house) it is also the most comfortable and well stocked house. The furniture was comfortable, as were the beds and linens (OMG the sheets were so soft). Paper goods, wood for the camp fire, games, books, streaming services...everything was provided for our enjoyment! Beth was so great to work with both ahead of time as well as very responsive to any questions we had while we were there. The place is well taken care of with new appliances (including a huge new Webber grill) and they have thought of EVERYTHING so you can just enjoy your vacation! We've already reserved our week next year and we cannot wait to return! Thank you Marcella family for sharing your camp with us!
We had a wonderful time this week on the lake! The house is set up in a way that allowed for our multigenerational family to all have a comfortable stay. The kitchen is updated and was stocked with the essentials such as kid-friendly plates/bowls/cups which helped a lot. There is an abundance of beach towels and beach toys for use as well as camp chairs and life-vests. The host was communicative and had a surprise gift waiting for us upon arrival. The layout of the house was fantastic for our needs. We’d just suggest some additional curtains or blinds in the windowed rooms for additional sleeping comfort as it would be bright early in the morning. The neighbors who help manage the property are friendly and helpful. The views of the lake are beautiful and this is located near a sand bar where boats pull up for swimming, but there is still enough privacy to be away from that area, if desired. We spent the days exploring the lake, swimming, playing in the sand, and then enjoyed lobster & clam for dinner before hanging out around the fire pit at night. There was plenty of wood provided as well. Local markets made shopping for food and drinks convenient. We had 12 people- 6 adults and 6 kids- all who had a fun, relaxing and enjoyable week at this lake house on Sebago Lake!!
