About this property

The 2016/17 partially renovated house with approx. 100 sqm on the ground floor can accommodate 6 people. A cot can be added in the master bedroom. In addition, there is a kitchen and a separate living room with an LCD TV.
For larger groups up to 10 people, the 1st Floor with two further bedrooms and an additional bathroom to be booked.
You can use our gazebo and terrace to grill and relax. Your children have a spacious garden around the house to play and run around.

The famous Kaltenberg Castle is just a few minutes' walk from the holiday home.

The Gasthaus Ritterschwemme with its beautiful beer garden and the Bräustüberl invite you to linger all year round.

Supertoller Aufenthalt

Die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt war top.Der Empfang, zeigen des Hauses und Empfehlungen zur Umgebung: Wunderbar und herzlich.Das Haus ist supersauber und toll gepflegt, alles vorhanden was man braucht, grosses Grundstück für Kinder zum spielen.Die Verabschiedung gewohnt freundlich und unkompliziert.Wir können es von herzen empfehlen.

Casa fiel a las fotos

Gran casa clásica alemana, con mucho espacio dentro y fuera, en el jardín (con barbacoa) y muy bien situada para recorrer Baviera en coche. Aunque la casa tiene cierta edad, está perfectamente equipada, no nos ha faltado de nada. Valoramos mucho que tenga flexibilidad para 4 a 10 personas. Nosotros eramos 4 y disfrutamos de los 2 baños completos. Pero lo mejor es el trato amable de Bernd que nos facilitó tanto la llegada como la salida, según nuestras necesidades. Por su situación, limpieza, equipamiento y tranquilidad, recomiendo este alojamiento.

Erholsamer Sommerurlaub

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (12+15j) für zwei Wochen in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung ist top, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Trotz der zwischenzeitlich hohen Temperaturen konnte man es im Erdgeschoss sehr gut aushalten. Die Familie Hirschvogel hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und gute Ausflugstipps gegeben. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub sehr gefallen und verdient eine Wiederholung.

Schöne Zeit

Die Gastgeber sind super nett und die Unterkunft ist perfekt für größere Gruppen. Viele große einzelne Zimmer. Die Küche bietet auch alles was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden bei gelegenheit jederzeit wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße

Magnifique maison en Bavière

Très grande maison très confortable où nous etions bien installés à 2 familles. Propreté maximum et très bien équipé ( tout pour cuisiner) . Au calme dans un petit village, au pied du château de Kaltenberg, ideal pour visiter Munich(50 mn) et rayonner dans la region( Neuschwanstein, eglise de Wies, route romantique..). Propriétaire chaleureux, très accueillant et attentif. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !

Kleiner ruhiger Ort mit einer schönen Überraschung.

Wir wahren nur 4 Nächte da. Schöne Unterkunft mit großen Garten. Haben Ausflüge nach München gemacht. Im Ort gibt es ein Schloss und eine schöne Ritterarena.

Kurzurlaub in Geltendorf

Das Haus und Grundstück bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben nichts vermisst und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die Lage und Anbindung ist super und der Vermieter Herr Hirschvogel ist unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ideale Lage für Ausflüge ins Umland (München, Ausburg, Füssen, Seen)

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und schnelle Hilfe bei einem Stromausfall, den wir nach Rückkehr von einem Ausflug feststellten. Das Objekt ist nicht das modernste, das sieht man auf den Bildern, aber es ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einzig eine größere Pfanne schlagen wir als Verbesserung vor. Waschmaschine und Trockner soll es zukünftig geben. Das haben wir bei einer Woche Aufenthalt aber nicht unbedingt gebraucht.

Wir sind rund um zufrieden

Wir haben einen tollen Familien Urlaub in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Sauberkeit, die umfassende Ausstattung und der schöne große Garten haben uns besonders beeindruckt. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an den sehr netten Vermieter. Wir sind wirklich rund um zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Der Ort ist eine tolle Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung.
