Great Host ! (Bad stairs, and awful smell sometimes...)

Positive: -Volker Grannass is a perfect host ! Very helpful and fixed upcoming things imidiately.-Two bathrooms-Very central location Negative:-Sometimes the locals got very noisy... We were afraid they should start fighting each other... Last year we didn't notice any noise !-Bad smell from time to time, better when we put towles over the drains-Watch the stairs! They are very narrow and steep! Besides the steps have wrong insteps and upsteps...

Nice host/bad smell !

Positive: -The host was very helpful from ordering throughout the stay ! (Also his local friend Kathi !) -The appartement was nice and clean on arrival -Nice street and lovely citizens -Very close to the beach's and restaurants -Good space in the kitchen, living room and the roof terrace Negative: -Very bad smell from the bathrooms, especially from the big (old) one -Both toilets went clogged without reason. The one in the new bathroom multiple times, and that was the one we could use because of the smell -We missed some lockers in the bedrooms

Urlaub abseits vom Massentourismus

Das Reihenhaus liegt in einer Straße, in der fast nur Einheimische wohnen. Strände, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke. Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit 2 recht modernen Bädern und W-LAN. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat zum Bürgersteig hin ein Fenster, durch das man die an-, ab- und durchfahrenden Autos und Motorräder sowie die abends noch sehr lange auf dem Bürgersteig sitzenden Anwohner hört. So haben wir einen kleinen Einblick in den Lebensstil der Insulaner bekommen. Das kleine Schlafzimmer nach hinten wird über eine Fensterluke in der Decke belüftet. Die Dachterrasse ist recht groß, mit Tisch, Stühlen, Grill und 2 gepolsterten Liegen ausgestattet, von wo man einen Blick in den Himmel und auf die gegenüberliegenden Häuser hat. Die deutsche Verwalterin lebt in der gleichen Stadt und kümmert sich sehr gut um alle Belange. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausgangslage für Touren mit dem Mietwagen ins Hinterland und zu anderen Stränden, die man auch mit dem sehr günstigen Linienbus erreichen kann. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für die Südküste Gran Canarias sehr gut.

Entspanntes Haus abseits vom Tourismus

Das Haus liegt schön Abseits vom ganzen Touristen-Trubel im Süden der Anseits. Zwischen 2 Stränden gelegen findet man hier rundum super Restaurants und einige Supermärkte. Die Lage ist super, einen Parkplatz finden gestaltet sich manchmal als etwas langwierig und an die geselligen Nachbarn, die sich alle gern Abends auf der Straße treffen, muss man sich als Deutscher auch erst gewöhnen, das trägt jedoch definitiv zum Charme und der Authentizität der Gegend bei. Die Dachterrasse ist ein absoluter Luxus und es gibt nichts besseres die Abende dort oben bei Wein und Bier zu verbringen. Das Haus an sich war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt als wir ankamen. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern lief super, sie waren immer ohne Probleme telefonisch erreichbar und haben sich auch von selbst immer wieder erkundigt, ob soweit alles klar ist oder sie uns irgendwie weiterhelfen können. Auf das W-Lan sollte man sich nicht so stark verlassen, da das nur ein LTE-Router ist und der Empfang in der Gegend manchmal semi-optimal ist. Jedoch gibt die Stadt und auch die ganze Insel einem so viel zu erkunden, dass W-Lan eigentlich auch unnötig ist. Alles in allem war das ein super Aufenthalt!

Alles Bestens

Wir waren eine Woche hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Prima Lage, schöne Terrasse. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Perfekte Lage, gemütlich, gewisser Modernisierungs- und Renovierungsbedarf

Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt im alten Ortsteil von Arguineguin nur wenige Meter von Strand und Hafen. Man hat direkten Kontakt zu den Einheimischen und ihrer Lebensweise. Dies bekommt man sehr gut in dem im Erdgeschoss zur Straße hin gerichteten Schlafzimmer mit. Das sehr große Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auf der großen Dachterrasse kann man sich morgens ausgiebig sonnen und relaxen. Gegen Abend wird es häufig windig. Dafür kann man abends den Sonnenuntergang am nur wenige Meter entfernten Strand genießen. Alles, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt, findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe.Trotz des notwendigen Modernisierungs- und Renovierungsbedarfs haben wir uns die 4 Wochen wohlgefühlt. Der Besitzer hat angekündigt, die Mängel im nächsten Jahr beheben zu wollen.

Mitten unter Einheimischen

Das Reihenhaus liegt im Altstadtkern. Man lebt mitten unter den Einheimischen. Der Strand ist 50 m entfernt. Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet vom Grill auf der Terrasse, Sonnenschirmen, Strandstuhl, Sonnencreme, Putzutensilien etc. WLAN ist stabil. Man sieht vom Haus nicht das Meer, aber wenn man um zwei Ecken läuft, fällt man quasi rein. Wir waren zu zweit vor Ort und haben es sehr genossen. Zwei weitere Betten befinden sich in einem Zimmer ohne Fenster etc. Das könnte etwas warm werden ... Die Playa Santa Agueda haben wir genossen, weil man hier einen freien Blick aufs Meer hat und nur wenige Einheimische hier baden. Wenn man die Nachbarorte besucht, ist man dankbar abseits vom Massentourismus seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Vermieter hat uns in allen Fragen top und schnell geantwortet.

Gemütliche Unterkunft in einem schönen Ort

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, mitten im Leben der Einheimischen von Arguineguin. Es war sehr gemütlich und für uns (2 Personen) war alles da, was wir brauchten. Auch die Nähe zum Strand/Hafen/Restaurants war super. Wer abseits der Touristenhochburgen Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Perfekte Lage

Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage, mitten im "echten" Ort Arguineguín, nur wenige Meter vom Strand. Das Innere war etwas verwohnt aber gemütlich. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön.

Gutes Apartment in einem sehr schönem Ort

Das Apartment liegt inmitten eines Wohngebietes von Einheimischen, indem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Kleine Läden sind in direkter Nähe, im Ort findet man alles was man braucht. Die Vermietung hat sehr gut geklappt. Kathi, die sich vor Ort um alles kümmert, hat uns mit guten Tipps von der Insel versorgt. Wenn es Fragen gab oder im Apartment etwas fehlte hat sie sofort versucht zu helfen. Fast direkt vor dem Haus war eine kleine Baustelle von der wir morgens etwas mitbekommen haben. Da wir den Tag über unterwegs waren hat uns diese kaum gestört. Für uns war der der Ort ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf der Insel. Wenn man etwas außerhalb vom Maßentourismus Urlaub machen möchte können wir das Apartment auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
