Enter via your own private, beautifully landscaped patio, with comfortable seating and a barbecue and find yourself in a spacious, beach chic great room with slider access to the patio. Comfortable seating in the living room, along with a ceiling fan, makes this an inviting haven where you watch TV and enjoy the fireplace.
The living room area is accompanied by an inside dining area for 6 and a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar, so everyone can sit together. The modern kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires - just add the food and have fun. There is also a small full bedroom right beside the kitchen and a full bath on this floor too.
There are 2 bedroom suites on the 2nd floor - a king master suite with a private balcony with seating, a ceiling fan, a large flat screen TV, and a beautiful en suite bath with a large shower/tub combination. It is accompanied by a queen bedroom, also with a large flat screen TV and its own en suite bath with a shower/tub combination.
This home comfortably sleeps 5 in beds with a maximum of 8 people allowed if the queen sofa bed in the living room is used. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable all the time.

Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
