We arrived a little late. Owner was pleasant and understanding. Easy to work with. It was a perfect location for the family to be together for an early Christmas gathering. Owner was amazing to work with. We were able to make great family memories!Highly recommend this location!

Spacious and clean

I’m a vendor at big events and we booked this place to stay because it could accommodate my entire staff and I. It was nice having the large driveway, oool and hot tub and all had plenty of room to sleep comfortably. I would like to book again this year.

We stay at a different Vrbo in an az twice a year. This property did not fail us. I was able to host a baby shower for my daunter. I Would recommend to family and friends

Great Value.

The house is older, but has been remodeled. The beds are comfortable. It has a lot of nice additions (hot tub, pool, pool table). The host is very responsive. We would stay here again.

We had such a great stay at this property. There were many activities for the kids to do, swimming, playing pool, watching movies, etc... The house was very clean and had everything you could ask for.

Nice winter getaway

House worked great for 10 people. Our kids used the hot tub, unfortunately it was too cold (Jan) to use the pool. Dale was great to work with. Location was good. Looking forward to going back when it’s a little warmer so we can use the pool. :)

Relaxing time in AZ

Nice winter getaway for a few days. House had everything we needed. Hot tub was enjoyable for the cooler weather we had. We had enough rooms and beds for our kids. We enjoyed the pool table also.

Even better than the photos

We had a wonderful stay here and wish it was longer, but it was just a midway stop from Texas to California. The master bedroom mattress was heavenly, and I wish I knew what brand it was because now I want one. We'll be making this drive more often, so hopefully we can stay again.

Everything went fine from renting to checking out.

It was great, lots of room. Only 2 bathrooms but worked out fine. Only 4 people most of the time. When kids stayed it was still 8 people total but not a problem for us.

Marvelous space, location and communication

We ran into a few snags, but when we contacted the property owner he was immediately responsive. All concerns were dealt with promptly and completely and professionally. The location was near all the things we planned to do. Traffic was easy to deal with. Kids loved both the swimming pool and the pool table. Kitchen even had sharp knives.

Very Responsive and Helpful Host, Quiet Neighborhood, Plenty of Room

There were a couple of small issues, but the host was extremely helpful, communicative (both via VRBO and over text), and came over at the drop of a hat when needed. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is in the middle of the main road grid, so it's VERY quiet with barely any traffic. The big ranch is very spread out with lots of room to relax and to gather for meals, and a great big couch with TV in the living room. The yard is really big and it's so quiet when you're outside at any time of the day.

This was perfect my large family. We were in town for my grandmother’s celebration of life along with lots of other family. Everyone was jealous of our digs. Big comfy beds, lots of seating, multiple couches tables etc. There were four of us working remotely, using the Wi-Fi with zero issues. There were no wash clothes in the house, plenty of towels but not a single wash cloth. And only a few glasses which seemed weird considering how much seating and room there was for people. Didn’t effect our stay though, we had a great time and enjoyed our home away from home.

Terrific, Spacious house in quiet neighborhood

We recently visited Mesa and were delighted with this 4 bedroom home. Dale was very easy to communicate with, and went out of his way to help us be comfortable. There was a tiny problem with the lights in the kitchen, and he sent someone out right away to help us get it fixed. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and we didn't have any problem with the hot water that another reviewer mentioned. A huge benefit is the attached garage--very nice when it was 115 degrees outside! My only minor suggestion to the owner is to maybe provide a few more, thicker towels. There really weren't enough for all of us if we used the pool. Overall, however, we were very happy with our choice of rental home for our family gathering.
