Short weekend stay

My stay was nice, I wasn't clear that it was a room in a house that had someone living downstairs and another room for rent on the first floor but neither of those things really impacted my stay there. Eugene is nice, accommodating, and lives in a quiet neighborhood.

Outstanding!!

This was an excellent example of how VRBO should work. A clean comfortable room with easy and quick communication with the host for a very reasonable price. We would happily stay here again.

Quiet and simple.

The room was just as described. A quiet room in a very quiet neighborhood. The room was very clean and the bathroom was well stocked for a guest. The keypad doors made checking in very simple. I would stay here again.

It was not a private place and it was not advertised that way. It was hot with no AC. Did not sleep.

Two rooms and the owner lives in the basement? It wasn’t advertised as that. Not any privacy at all.

Quiet Comfortable Room

Room was perfect for my stay. About 4 miles from campus. The room was clean and quiet. I forgot a couple things and Eugene was very kind about helping me retrieve them. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Overall I was very impressed with the room. The bed was comfortable, the table and shelves were great since I stayed for a week so I had places to work and put stuff, and the bidet was a fun touch. Would recommend.

Location is not as close to IU.

My stay was ok. I would not do it again. My roommate has a dog that barked every time I open my door. The host was constantly in the kitchen, we had to use a code for the bathroom and bedroom so in the middle of the night I had to remember this code created by the host or wet myself. No TV in the room you have to share the common room TV. It was not for me. I only need one night all hotels were full due to a football game that weekend so it serves its purpose.
