The space
The house has easy flat access - so important after a long day of skiing. Central heating and a wood burning fireplace will help you and your friends and family stay warm.

The outdoor space is large and surrounded by tall pines, with a fully fenced backyard.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom (with shower and bath tub). The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom (2 queen beds). The game room/4th bedroom has a pool table, dart board, a bunk bed (double and twin), and plenty of comfy seating in front of a smart TV. The 4th bedroom/game room is located one floor lower and is accessible through the outdoor back patio. Please keep this in mind when booking.

The home is equipped with 400Mbps internet, offering plenty of bandwidth for everyone’s devices. All TVs are connected to the internet for live TV and video streaming apps and offer AirPlay connectivity.

And keep an eye out for our little wooden bears that greet you at the front door and back patio.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house except for 2 owner closets. The front door has an electric door lock. You will receive the code a few days prior to arrival.

The cabin is located in Moonridge, one of Big Bears’ most desirable neighborhoods. There is parking for 4 cars in front of the cabin. Please do not park on the street as your car may be towed.
Other things to note
Once we receive your request to book, you will have to consent to the rules that are listed on this booking platform. Please make sure you read all of them and ask for clarification if needed.
This home is a NON-SMOKING home. This includes INSIDE AS WELL AS OUTSIDE. No smoking on the patio, front door or by the parking area. A fine/cleaning fee of $1000 will be assessed if violated.
