Home features a screened in lanai with a heated pool, gaming system, TV's in the bedrooms, pool table and foosball table. Perfect home for friends and family to gather in, with something for everyone to do!
This charming 1,654 square foot home is set up with guest in mind and has everything you may need for a relaxing vacation!
The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Located in a quiet and quaint neighborhood of Venice, only a 7 minute drive away from the beautiful Manasota Beach or downtown Venice.

The home has a cozy living room with a flat screen TV and a gaming system, perfect for your gatherings for a movie night or game night after a day out in the sun! Large dining area with sliders out to the pool deck. Garage has a pool table and a foosball table for you to enjoy throughout your stay and bikes for evening rides around the neighborhood.

Lovely home

This is a lovely home located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to beaches, dining and shopping. Our group included a toddler and an infant. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed, including extras like stroller, pack and play and many beach toys, as well as all kitchen items we needed. There were lots of extras like coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The pool was a nice place to relax, the water was a little warmer than the gulf in March. The house was very clean. Would highly recommend this home if you are planning) a trip to the Venice area!

We bought beach chairs for the house.

Overall, it was good. However, listing stated there were beach chairs, and there were not. We ended up purchasing four chairs for the house to take with us to the beach. Beach umbrella could be updated as well. Would have been nice to have access to the vacuum that was there, but no battery/ charger, could only use a broom. Property management responded within an hour from when issues came about. Overall great location for the price.

Hidden gem

We loved our stay. The house was well appointed. The owner was extremely responsive. It was next to a great walking path and a quick drive to Manasota Beach. We would definitely come back.

Not the best, but OK.

House itself is ok. Clean inside. Comfortable mattress in the master. Living room furniture is ok, not the most comfortable. Yes, kitchen is stocked. Sadly with over used pans and mis matched plastic containers that can’t be used. The welcome book gave no info on when/how the pool heats. The first couple of days pool was cold. Then we noticed ripples and the pool was heated, not much but a noticeable difference. I’m not thrilled to leave this kind of review but it needs to be done especially with the pictures in the house details not matching what’s actually there. Beach gear especially, all gear is in an over used state. Definitely can use an update. Chairs are rusted and torn. We ended up buying 2 chairs to use. The pool is not private. There are 4 panels around the back that are on the ground. You get a good look at both neighbors on each side, especially in the master bedroom. I understand 2 hurricanes and I understand damage. Sadly, that was not stated when we rented with the understanding that there is no privacy in that backyard. Lastly, I reached out to the owner prior to arriving asking if we can check in an hour early. Never heard anything back. Turned out with flight delays and traffic we didn’t get to the area until 4 anyway. Communication & amenities matter hence my review & rating.

Great home

The home is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Layout is very good. The pool was a perfect temperature everyday. Plenty of space. Very homey .

The perfect spot!

This is a fabulous property. Clean, modern decor, plenty of space, and a terrific pool! The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The bikes were perfect and there were lots of kid beach, pool and inside toys for young kids. There were 7 adults in our group and there were enough pillows and towels, but just. We washed towels often. If there were more (house sleeps 10) a stop for a few more beach/pool towels would be smart. Would stay again for sure!

Lovely house

The house was prefect and was right around the corner from our family we were visiting. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner in the house and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, casseroles dishes, and utensils. Having two refrigerators was a huge bonus. The game room in the garage was a huge hit with the kids.

Nice stay in Venice

Lovely home with our own private pool. Very close to the beach. Our family of 9 plus an infant had an excellent stay. It was a short visit this time but we will definitely stay here again in the future, hopefully for longer. My parents live 10 minutes away so it's also very convenient for future visits. Thank you!

Delightful stay

We spent a full week with 5 adults, 1 teen and 2 children and had fun in this well arranged and cared for house. Everything we needed was there, even all the beach equipment! Cooking was easy in the fully furnished kitchen and we enjoyed the pool and lanai all clean and well furnished. Thanks Gina!

Family fun

New clean and comfortable place for three children and four adults. The pool was very nice for the kids. Nice kitchen and well stocked with dishes, cups and all you could possibly need. Close to Manasota beach, but unfortunately there was a rip current so we could not go with the children. Highly recommend.

Great Experience!

This place was perfect! We had 10 people including a toddler and two kids. There were beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, bikes, and pool toys! Everything you need for Florida!

Perfect place for a family getaway

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a large family getaway. The pool was the perfect compliment to nearby beach. The communication with the host was easy and there was very little we needed to communicate about. We cannot wait to return for our next family vacation to the shark tooth capital of the world.

Wonderful experience!

Beautiful and clean home with everything we could have needed as a big family plus in-laws. We had an amazing stay at this wonderful home. Loved the pool, nearby walking trails, and local beaches.
