Check in was very easy. Access to rental upon arrival was a tad confusing as their are multiple buildings in the area yet home was very secluded and has great outdoor features including a deck and firepit. Inside is as you see in photos, perfect for what we needed. Thanks so much for having us. Will come again
This is a cozy cabin with a full kitchen. It’s out in the woods, but there’s a grocery store a few miles away. There was a tech glitch on getting the door code to work that was straightened out in about 15-20 minutes. The host really tries to be helpful. Definitely pay attention to the directions he gives to the cabin, the map my GPS uses would try to send you driving through wetlands. The sleep area is upstairs, the one bathroom is downstairs , you need to be okay with that.
We booked this spot because it was close to our son's wedding venue. We were also able to make a lot of food for the reception there. We had family and friends in and out- it was a great time. We are greatful to Jerry for all his help.
We came just to get away for the weekend and had the most wonderful time! This was exactly the home-away-from-home we were looking for. We were warm, comfortable, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and spacious, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed to prep and cook all of our meals. JD was so nice and very responsive when we contacted him and we can't wait to come back in the spring!
We needed a place in this vicinity for a couple weeks that allowed pets and had a country feel and this cabin fit the bill!
Everything worked out well, we had no issues and we enjoyed our stay.

About the host
Hosted by JD Berry
Hi and thank-you for checking out my cabins and homes. My goal as a host is to produce a homey and family friendly environment. Pets are welcome in all my units so long as you are responsible. We manage all our own properties and do all our own work so we are very fast to respond if there is an issue. I am physically 20-30 min from each of my units. I am always available to answer any questions you may have. All my units will be ECO by next year 2023. Two are currently being heated by Biodiesel we produce. The Chugiak units boiler will be converted to use Hydrogen this will provide heat and hot water. The long term goal is to get all the units to net zero ecology! How exciting!
What makes this property unique
All my properties are Green operated. I operate and distribute my own heating fuel made by me in my Bioplant. It produces 100gal a day and really helps reduce waste and I will continue introducing new processes soon to further that agenda.
