Condo reeked of smoke or incense. It was run down, in need of repair and had dirty and stained carpet.

Terribly Dirty

The unit was terribly dirty. The refrigerator was disgusting. The bathroom was filthy. There were dirty towels out. The carpeting was horrible. When we walked in, it reeked of marijuana although it said it was a non smoking unit. I took pictures.

Awkward

We ended up not staying at this property. It became awkward when the renter insisted on meeting us personally and letting us into to room. The place was ok but just did not fit our lifestyle. We did not need to know that he lived there and rented on weekends. Others have enjoyed their stay but again it just wasn’t for us.

Fantastic Location!!

Kevin was a great host, he responded quickly and even left us some drinks and snacks! The location was just perfect and close to everything. We took a walk from Lake Geneva to Williams Bay and really appreciated the hot tub when we got back. We'll be back!

Great location/great host

We came in to celebrate our anniversary and we loved the room, the location, and the host left us a card and a surprise to say happy anniversary! It was so nice! He was easy to communicate with! We will definitely return.

This property is the best location in all of lake Geneva right across the street from lake Geneva in an extremely short walk to all of the downtown restaurants and shops. The property has fantastic amenities including three swimming pools two hot tubs fitness room and more rooms are very large 750 ft with king bed fireplace and plenty of audio video stimulation Good vibes
