The remaining two GUEST SUITES are equally as comfortable with Queen beds and 55” Smart TVs. The crisp and clean coastal décor brings a bit of the outdoors in. The shared bathroom has a double sink vanity and tub/shower combination.
The open floor plan of the Kitchen, Dining and Living spaces is perfect for family gatherings. The bright and airy feel allows for easy interaction no matter which room you happen to be in.
The large FAMILY ROOM overlooks the swimming pool and has comfortable leather seating for 8. Pop some popcorn and enjoy streaming a movie on the huge 75” Smart TV or use any of your devices with the free high-speed WiFi throughout the Villa. The leather sofa couch has a Queen-sized pullout bed to comfortably sleep 2.
The KITCHEN is designed for functionality with a suite of stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher), beautiful countertops, water views and bar seating for 4. In addition to the classic drip coffee maker, there is a Keurig machine if you prefer to make single serving beverages (please don’t forget to bring your own K-cups). There is also a toaster, blender, rice cooker, full set of pots/pans, dishes and silverware for your convenience.
The DINING AREA has a bar height table and comfortable seating for 4. The dining area is adjacent to the Kitchen bar countertop so your party of 8 is essentially dining together. Enjoy your meal as well as the view from the sliding glass doors with direct pool access! Better yet… enjoy your meal Poolside or at the Lanai!
SWIMMING POOL / LANAI: The large, outdoor swimming pool is guaranteed to provide hours of enjoyment and is ideal for entertaining. The sparkling turquoise blue water is heated by solar & electrical power and is meticulously maintained and serviced weekly. In fact, the pool guy will probably visit during your stay to ensure pristine water conditions. There is a BBQ Grill for your “Master Barbecue Chef” and 4 Sun-Loungers for those wanting to bask in the warm, tropical sun.
There is also a covered LANAI featuring a large 65” Smart TV, Patio Table and Chairs, Outdoor Bar, direct Bathroom access and a separate Outdoor Shower. We also supply Pool Towels, Floaties and Toys. The entire Pool and Lanai space is enclosed to keep you bug free but will not block sunlight. Please note: The pool area is not childproofed so please plan accordingly
PRIVATE BOAT DOCK: This Dock doubles as an outdoor living space, complete with comfortable furniture, a large umbrella and cozy fire pit. Take in the expansive canal views and treasure sea life known to visit us… we have seen Turtles, Dolphins and Manatees!

A RENTAL AGREEMENT will be emailed after booking which must be completed within 24hours after booking. If the agreement is not received, guest should contact property manager at the number on booking confirmation.
ELECTRICTY is charged separately at a daily rate of $20 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment will be included on your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. In the event your stay exceeds the total daily alotted kWh, you will be billed at a rate of .20 kwh for actual overage plus 11.5% tax. This amount will be calculated upon check out and deducted from your Security Deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $ 500 Security deposits are refunded within 14 days of the departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
* Cancellations received 31 days or more before check in date is eligible for full refund less Booking Fees.
* Cancellations received 30 days or less before check in date is eligible for refund of Security Deposit, Cleaning Fee and Prepaid Utilities ONLY. All remaining charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM: You will be provided a unique access code.
SECURITY CAMERAS: There are exterior security cameras to monitor and secure the property.
LIABILITY:
Personal liability insurance is recommended: Turtle Cove, Cape Coral is a privately owned home. The Renter agrees to release Owner from and against all liability should anyone be injured upon the premises during the term of occupancy. The Owners are not responsible for any injuries or illness that occurs during the term of occupancy. The Owners are also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Renter. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, this agreement is binding and effective when no signature is required, and renter's affirmative assent to the terms is expressed by renter's reservation of the house.
Travel insurance is recommended: If you are travelling between May and November, please note that this is hurricane season. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation investment since we will not refund for vacations interrupted by hurricanes, including mandatory/voluntary evacuations. In addition, we are not responsible, nor will we refund for restricted use or access to the house due circumstances beyond our control (ie: civil commotions, natural phenomena, pests, unexpected construction works, any kind of noise, occasional electrical power outage, water supply outage, etc.)
