Our cozy and lovingly furnished apartment is quiet, close to the center and only 5 minutes from the Baltic Sea. It has a separate entrance. A spacious balcony and a cozy terrace with seating invite you to linger.

Apartment Schauf:
Our apartment has 60sqm on a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with a French bed in the loft without headroom), and a bathroom with shower. The furnished balcony also invites you to linger under the open sky.  

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Beschreibung

Der Empfang durch die Tochter des Eigentümers war erst einmal sehr freundlich, was sich allerdings im weiteren Verlauf umgekehrt hat. Da bei Ankunft die Heizung nicht funktionierte und wir das reklamierten, wurde sich augenscheinlich um das Problem gekümmert. Bei erneuter Ansprache (dies geschah auf Wunsch der Vermieterin) wurde uns gegenüber ein harscher und sehr unfreundlicher Ton angeschlagen, was einem Gast gegenüber äußerst unhöflich und unprofessionell ist.

ungenaue Angaben

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, die Terrasse sehr schön. Einiges ist renovierungsbedürftig (z.B. Anstrich der Fenster, "blinde" Scheiben) Das wichtigste: der Schlafraum oben ist nur für Kinder nutzbar, für 2 60-jährige Frauen nicht, da die Treppe sehr steil ist und man auf der Treppe nicht aufgerichtet gehen kann.
