Hello everybody,
I rent a fully furnished & newly furnished apartment in Mutlangen.
The apartment has a living space of approx. 65 sqm. A separate basement room and a shared laundry room incl. Washer & dryer are also available. The apartment is "new", bright & very modern furnished.
Toddler equipment such as a high chair and a travel cot can be provided on request "free". A small selection of games for the family or Children's toys can be provided on request.
Child care can be arranged and booked for an extra charge, subject to availability.
Animal husbandry & smoking of any kind is prohibited according to the existing house rules.
If desired, the apartment can be visited at any time with regard to the location and rooms.
The communal garden can be shared.
