Idyllic, Relaxing holiday stay!
This beautiful, spacious ground floor 2 bdr flat with its extended big terrace is the perfect place to base yourself for your stay in El Gouna, Overlooking one of El Gouna’s lagoons as well as a shared big swimming pool and beach area.
Very well located, walking distance to Downtown where are the shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc…as well as very close ( 10 min walk or 3 minutes by Tok Tok) to the Abu Tig Marina where it’s full of life !
A great way to relax and enjoy a wonderful sunny stay !
The apartment is fully air conditioned, stylishly furnished with marble floors throughout.
Two double bedrooms, each with king size beds, and one room with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the large outdoor terrace, and views of the lagoon and swimming pool. On the terrace there is a big table and chairs as well as 2 comfy wooden benches to relax.
2 sun beds placed in a quiet corner on the terrace to dream away…!
The flat has its private entrance.
Guests can go around walking, or by Toktok, or taxi. Guests can use the swimming pool and the beach front on the lagoon with sun beds provided.Free parking in front of the property.
