Backyard is private with patio entertaining around the hot tub with covered gazebo to enjoy in all weather. River access for the community offers large picnic gazebo and walkable access. Just 12-15 minutes to White Pass, since being located on south side of river. Close to town and restaurants. Enjoy your time to unwind and relax in this perfect Mountain retreat. New Large game garage with ping pong, darts, Retro fridge, large game table, music, window to hot tub area.
