This exclusive penthouse holiday apartment in a unique location impresses with its breathtaking views and luxurious furnishings. The promenade villa is located directly at the tip of the new BeachBay holiday resort on the Baltic Sea coast of Schleswig-Holstein, with the sandy beach just a few metres away.



As a highlight, your penthouse has a roof terrace from which you can enjoy a fantastic view over Travemünde harbour, the Passat museum ship and the Baltic Sea. You can also see the large Scandinavian ferries gliding past almost within touching distance - a unique panoramic view! The penthouse is the only apartment on this floor, which is why you enjoy a particularly high level of privacy.



The apartment is furnished in a very stylish and modern style and all rooms are flooded with light. The open-plan living and dining area is particularly impressive with its huge window front. Here you can sit back, relax and let your gaze wander over the glistening water and the sandy beach.



The four bedrooms are all equipped with a flat-screen TV. The spacious master bedroom has its own private bathroom with whirlpool. The second bathroom is accessible from the hallway and the third bathroom can be reached via bedrooms 1 and 3. After a long day at the Baltic Sea, you can enjoy your own personal wellness area with sauna, steam bath and double rain shower.



Of course, the holiday apartment is also equipped with a modern entertainment system including Blu-Ray player, music system and TV. In the evening, you can cosy up in front of the crackling fire in the fireplace. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine in the well-equipped kitchen (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos flask and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant with outdoor catering is located on the ground floor of your Promenadenvilla.



All registered holiday guests at this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool at the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your rental documents or from the service staff on site.

The minimum stay in this luxurious penthouse flat is 4 nights.



The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. In addition to playgrounds, bike hire, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship, the BayCenter also offers fun and games for the whole family. Admission to the "BayCenter" with black light mini golf, adventure golf, 600 m² indoor playground, Lazermaze, teeny club etc. is already included for NOVASOL guests.



The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 25.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.

Traumhafter Ausblick und tolles Penthouse mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Drumherum ist es für uns nicht so schön, alles verbaut und zu viele Menschen, ansonsten von dem Ausblick und der Dachterrasse mindestens10 Sterne +. Tür zu und die Welt ist wieder in Ordnung. Würden uns einen Einkaufsservice von Edeka wünschen. Sauberkeit könnte wesentlich verbessert werden. Eine Traum Location, die man pflegen sollte, nein....muss.. Danke.!!!

Familienurlaub an der Ostsee

Wunderschöne Urlaubswoche an der Ostsee. Die Angaben zur Wohnung haben voll zugetroffen. Wunderbare Wohnung mit einmaligem Ausblick auf das Meer und die Hafeneinfahrt. Man hat das Gefühl, die Schiffe fahren in das Wohnzimmer. Panorama Glasfront, riesige Terrasse, Sauna, Whirlpool, Dampfbad, alles vorhanden. Wir waren mit 8 Personen in der Wohnung und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Wohnung ist ihr Geld wert. Nie bereut, auch wenn sich rundherum noch viele Objekte im Bau befinden. Haben dies nicht als störend empfunden. Sehr gute Verbindung nach Travemünde durch die Fährverbindungen. Wir haben die Woche genossen und werden nochmals wiederkommen , wenn das komplette Projekt Waterfront abgeschlossen ist.
