Sunset Beach Bliss at Ocean City Maryland

Welcome to your home away from home! We are located in a cul-de-sac family friendly community in OCMD. Take a 5-minute walk to the beach or stroll around the corner to the Jolly Roger & Splash Mountain Amusement Park. The kids need to burn off some energy. Take a 3-minute walk around the corner to Robin Drive Park & Playground.

Thank you for your interest in our 3- bedroom 2- bathroom home in OCMD. Our home is smoke free, clean, and family friendly.

Guests will be provided with bed linens and washcloths and bath towels. Linens would include a fitted sheet, flat sheet, two pillowcases, and a blanket for all beds. There are 4 full size beds,1 queen, and 1 king. Pillows & bedspreads are provided. Guest will be provided with a starter-kit filled with toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dish pods, and trash bags.
King in master, queen in bedroom 2, a double- Full bunk bed in bedroom 3. 2 Full sleeper sofas in living room. Family friendly; pack n play.

All new flat screen TVs are Smart TVs with Wi-Fi connection for your favorite apps, No cable. New Nest smart locks with unique code access for your security and ease of use!

Living Room- Flat screen Smart TV. There are 2 pull-out full-size sleeper sofas for extra sleeping.

Dining table seats 6 comfortably!

Kitchen includes everything you need! Ice maker, over the range microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and dishware. Paper products are not provided. There is dish soap and trash bags provided.

3 Bedrooms all have closets, dressers, and night tables! Beds have pillows and bedspreads. Guests will be provided with bed linens and washcloths and bath towels. Linens would include a fitted sheet, flat sheet, two pillowcases, and a blanket for all beds. There are 4 full size beds, 1 queen, and 1 king. Pillows & bedspreads are provided.

2 Full Bathrooms- 1 large full bathroom with double sinks and tub w/shower located upstairs. 1 full bathroom with standing shower located downstairs. There is also an outdoor shower located on the side of the house to wash off the sand from the beach.


The backyard includes a table w/ umbrella and solar lights. Table sits 6 comfortably! The standard size grill is available for use in the backyard. There is a bucket underneath the kitchen sink filled with a grill scrubber and washcloths. Please carefully clean before and after each use. This is important as this is a shared grill for all guests.
The double front porches with sitting to enjoy the breeze is my favorite location to have morning coffee!

Guest can enjoy the whole entire house.

Designated 1 parking space on the premises for guest. A parking pass will be provided for guest to place on car windshield. Ample off- street parking is available per parking time zones. **Please note, only ONE vehicle is allowed on the premises. You will be provided a Guest Parking Pass. If pass is not returned, a fee will be charged. At any time if there are more than ONE vehicle parked on the lot from your party, it will be towed at your expense. **

There is a maximum of 2 dogs ONLY, no exceptions. Our home can only accommodate up to 2 dogs weighing up to 75 pounds each ONLY per stay. Our home has two levels that provides ample amount of space for your fur babies. There is a Pet-fee.

Our home has a shared fenced in back-yard that provides security and safety measures for pets to stretch their legs and to use the restroom. It is the responsibility of guest/ pet owners to keep a close eye on their pets when they are utilizing the backyard. It your responsibility to double check to see both exterior doors on either side of the fence are securely shut and lock each time prior to allowing your pets to enter the backyard.

Please be mindful this is a SHARED fenced in backyard so there is a strong possibility other guest may have pets staying as well. Under no circumstances you are allowed to use any of the backyard furniture or equipment to leash your pet. It is prohibited to leave your pet outside unattended.
During your stay, your fur babies will be provided with:
• Bowls for food and water
• Pet-friendly furniture covers
• Plenty of designated towels to wipe of paws at the door
• Extra cleaning supplies
It is your responsibility to thoroughly clean bowls and put away at the end of your stay. It is required to machine wash & dry all used towels and return to designated area at the end of your stay. Cleaning supplies will be provided for accidentals. It is REQUIRED to utilize the hand-held vacuum to pick up pet hair on all furniture. Please utilize the vacuum robot at the end of your stay.

It is prohibited to bathe your pets in the bathroom showers. No exceptions.
Please pick up immediately after your pets in the backyard and discard feces in the outside trashcan which is located on the side of the house. Please double bag your disposal as this can help minimize the odor in the trashcan.
Per Ocean City, Maryland rules and regulations, dogs are only permitted on the beach or boardwalk between October 1st and April 30th. Pets are not permitted during the summer season.
When taking your pet for a walk, please always have your pet on a leash.
