NO CABLE TV. Free Pluto TV channels, HULU, Netflix are available. No motorcycles are allowed as per the HOA.

No boats, jet skis, or motorcycles are permitted as per the HOA. Please note, if you bring your own kayak or paddleboard, it must be stored inside the unit.
