Welcome to Fam.Kleinstein-Maass. Our house is located in the idyllic and quiet village Plan. With about 30 inhabitants the smallest village in the middle of the Samnaun Valley. We are 2km from the village of Samnaun.1 minute to the stop of the ski bus, which takes you comfortably to the mountain railway or to the après-ski and back again. Our cozy and lovingly furnished apartment is located on the second floor of our apartment building. The comfortable two-and-a-half-room apartment with balcony is about 60 m2 in size. The living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed. A wood stove with a cozy Samnaun stove couch provide a feel-good atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom / WC. Free Wi-Fi. Bread roll service. Final cleaning CHF: 95.00. Tourist tax from 17 years 4.00 per person and night. One minute to the ski bus stop.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung
Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man benötigt, incl. Gewürze in der Küche. Sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß ca 30 m zur skibushsltestelle, wobei wir lieber mit dem Auto zur ca 700 m entfernten finden gefahren sind. Der brötchenservice in der Früh war sehr komfortabel, Frau kleinstein sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, :-)

Sehr gut gelegenes, kleines und sauberes Quartier. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Skibus hielt fast vor der Haustür und kann kostenlos im ViertelstundenTakt benutzt werden.
