In the district of Fenals, 1 km from the centre of Lloret, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the sea, from the beach, road to cross, south facing position. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (25 x 7 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 31.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-21:00). WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture. In the house: reception, lift, washing machine. Public parking on the road. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach 50 m. Nearby attractions: Water Worls Lloret 3 km, Marine Land Malgrat 14 km, Pueblo Medieval Tossa de mar 12 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
