Cabin in Show Low, AZ in Torreon with level 2 car charger

Escape to the mountains, skiing in the winter months and hiking and lake days in the summer! Mountain life is everything you are looking for, fresh air, cool weather with a small town feel. You’ll love staying here! Unwind, have fun and enjoy the beautiful scenery! The cabin will comfortably sleep 8-10 with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Beautiful large kitchen with a double oven and spacious back deck with plenty of space for the kids to play. Do you have an electric car, no problem we have a level 2 charger on-site.

-We also have a sleep mat if another guest prefers sleeping on the floor. A travel high chair is available and is in the guest room closet.
While we are renting our cabin out, please understand that this is our actual family cabin. We would appreciate if you would treat with the same care as you would treat your own family’s cabin.

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:
Your safety matters. There is a Ring doorbell security camera located on the front door facing out and on the back patio, it does not look into any interior spaces.

PARKING:
4 vehicles can be parked in the driveway; no street or garage parking is allowed.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Check out before 11:00 AM.
Prior to your departure, please tidy up the townhome by doing the following:
-Remove all perishable items from the refrigerator excluding condiments.
-Bring the trash to trash bin to the street (Trash comes on Monday if you check out on a Sunday or Monday)
-Please start the dishwasher.
-Please start a load of dirty towels in the wash if you are able. Pods are provided.
-Turn off all lights, and make sure both fireplaces are shut off. Additional fees will apply if left on.
-Turning the winter months please set the thermostat heat to 60 degrees. During the summer months please set the AC to 85 degrees.
-Close and lock all windows and doors.
-Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition.
HOUSE RULES:
-No smoking or vaping inside.
-No events or parties larger than 8 people.
-Must be at least 25 years old to book.
-Please report any damages that occur to both the Sarah & Dominic.
-2 dogs are allowed for a nonrefundable $95. Any additional pet will be $95 each. Guests are responsible for cleaning up the dog waste left behind.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
-The property has entry stairs, which may make access difficult for travelers with mobility impairments.
-NOTE: This home does not provide access to the Torreon Golf Course, pool or Gym.
-Linens for the sleeper sofa, are in the master bedroom closet. We also have a sleep mat if another guest prefers sleeping on the floor. All spare linens will be in the master closet as well. A travel high chair is available and is in the closet.
-Exterior bulb lights can be plugged in if hanging out on back patio.
-Plastic cups and plates for the kids are near the stove in the base cabinets.
