Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Stay never happened. Host was a non-participant. Never got pass code and never got responses .

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! These property manager should not be a host. The phone experience with VRBO to sort this out was not good either. Still waiting for my credit. Will VRBO step up and fix this???
