Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Disappointing
Could not check in until contract was signed but they didn't send it to us until we were trying to check in.Property was dirty when we arrived: stains on couch cushions and area rug; hair, crumbs, etc. on floor, furniture (on and under), rugs, and shower/bathtub; dirty/stained sheets; wet towels on beds; ant infestation in the kitchen (found ant spray under the kitchen sink so they must have known this was an issue). New towels were given to us from the garage locked cabinet and they smelled terrible. The garage was really disgustingly dirty and looked like it had never been swept.There were no exterior trash cans to put our trash.The listing said Netflix was provided but when we contacted the owner she said no (days later she said yes, sorry after I sent a screenshot of the listing).Trains run throughout the night right by the property which was not disclosed (they supplied ear plugs).Microwave popcorn, fruit snacks, hot chocolate, and tea were provided but everything else (shampoo/conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap) was just whatever was left over by previous guests.We were very disappointed especially when we brought the issues to the attention of the owner and never received an apology (other than the Netflix issue).
