POOLS OPEN! Beach Front Condo, Beautiful Sunsets!

** UPDATE AS OF 12/5/2024: Our pools are OPEN! The hot tubs are fully operational and the big pool is open. The big pool heater is still being worked on but the pool is fully operational other than that. Our unit is perfectly fine and up and running as normal. Our beach is completely open. Please reach out with any questions you may have. **

Summary:
Step inside our beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bath condo that sleeps up to 6 guests. You will be amazed by the ocean view from this third level beach getaway condo. This direct Gulf-front location allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of the coast, and just steps away from having your toes in the sand. This space would be perfect for a family vacation, or snowbirds wanting to enjoy paradise and get away for the winter months!

The Space:
As you first walk into the condo you are welcomed by the spacious kitchen with granite countertops and bright white cabinets. All of the appliances are in tip-top shape and stainless steel. If you step through the first door on your left you will find the first bedroom. This bedroom has a queen bed and cheery coastal blue bedroom furniture. The first full-bath will also be to your left with a beautiful walk-in shower, next to the brand new LG WashTower washer and dryer, which is tucked away in a closet for convenience and space. The kitchen looks onto the dining room and cozy family room. The coastal decorations really make you feel like you are at home in a cozy Florida cottage! The master bedroom is on the left side of the family room with an on-suite bathroom including a full shower/tub combination. The master bedroom also has sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony. The best part of the condo is stepping onto that balcony from either the master bedroom or the sliding doors from the family room. The balcony offers some comfortable seating with an incredible view of the swimming pool and of course, the Gulf of Mexico! We offer Pac N Play!

The Neighborhood:
We are part of Sunset Vistas condo complex. You will have access to everything on the grounds.

Treasure Island is a quiet community situated on a barrier island and is 19 blocks long. Gulf Boulevard is one of the prettiest streets that you will drive/walk on. In this area it is a strip of land between the ocean and intracoastal waterway. There are so many charming restaurants and shops that make this area so desirable to stay in.

Getting Around:
There are many ways you can get around this area of Treasure Island. The easiest and quickest way to cover ground would be driving. However, there are several places where you are able to rent bikes, and even rent little motorized buggies to drive up and down the coast. If you are feeling up for it, walking is a fun way to enjoy great local restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a free trolley system with a stop right in front of this condo.

Other Things to Note:
Sunset Vistas is extremely family friendly with so many great amenities to offer. Just a short walk and you are barefoot on the beach! Enjoy the large heated pool, 2 whirlpools, and second kiddie pool with fountains. Also enjoy access to the business center and well equipped workout facility. There is the convenience of an on-property restaurant/cafe with the friendliest staff, an on-property tiki bar, a big bin full of beach toys, and bike rentals. We offer Pac N Play! Please let the host know if you need the Pac N Play.

The location of this condo is fabulous. Not only is it located directly on one of America’s award winning beaches, but you can also walk to John’s Pass Village which is a boardwalk for more restaurants, jet-ski rentals, shopping, boat rentals, fishing and so much more! There is also Busch Gardens just a short drive away along with many museums. This condo is placed perfectly between the city of Clearwater and St. Petersburg if you are wanting to experience some city life and a ton more incredible shops, food, and bars. This property is also about 90 miles from Orlando attractions!
