Good

It's clean, priced right, and I like the location. Depending how far south you're going along the main drag, I'd honestly rather take twisty backroads for 15-45 mins than sit in six lanes of traffic for 15-45 mins.

Great cabin convenient to attractions but tucked away from the hustle & bustle!

This was a great place for our short family get-away! The cabin was roomy and the kitchen was well equipped for family dinners. The hot tub was a nice way to relax after all our walking around town & Dollywood. It was easy to find and close enough to attractions and stores for short runs for anything that we forgot to pack! I would certainly stay here again!

Overall Good Stay

The house was great. We loved the layout and space. The location was also better than we’ve stayed before because we weren’t in heavy traffic every time we went out. I dropped the rating solely for the cleaning service used. We arrived an hour after checkin time and the house had a heavy scent of bleach. The countertops were still wet. We had to open windows to air it out. There also weren’t any towels out. I finally found some in the washing machine so I finished washing them. A couple women came by around 6:30-7pm to drop off towels. The kitchen towel and a bath towel had burn holes in them. There was hair in a bathroom drawer and one bedroom light didn’t work. The rug in the living room really needs a shampoo or replacement. We also had to keep the garbage inside the house because it’s not wildlife secure and raccoons kept getting into it and making a mess. Also, for a 7 day stay there should be a bigger disposal can or garbage pick up.

Quaint cabin

Great stay in a quaint and peaceful cabin. It was advertised as a 3 bedroom although 1 of the rooms is the loft/ game room. The photos clearly showed that so we were prepared Kitchen needs a few items that are typically staples in most furnished cabins Overall great vacation with family. Adults kids want a bigger TV over the fireplace lol

As a Pennsylvania native and outdoor enthusiast, I have a deep passion for nature and adventure. I cherish every moment spent in the great outdoors and take pleasure in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere in my home. My property is a source of pride for me, and I put great care into maintaining it. I'm excited to share unique experiences with my guests, whether it's recommending local hiking trails, discussing the best fishing spots, or simply enjoying the tranquility of our surroundings together. My goal is to provide you with a comfortable stay while offering insights into the natural beauty and outdoor activities that make this area special.

Why they chose this property

I chose to open a short-term rental (STR) in Sevierville, Tennessee for several compelling reasons:

Gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains: Sevierville's prime location at the doorstep of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park offers visitors unparalleled access to natural beauty and outdoor adventures.

Year-round tourist destination: The area attracts millions of visitors annually, ensuring a steady flow of potential guests throughout all seasons.

Family-friendly attractions: Nearby Dollywood, Splash Country, and numerous other attractions make it an ideal spot for families seeking entertainment and relaxation.

Growing market: Sevierville has seen significant growth in tourism, making it a promising location for investment in the hospitality industry.

Southern charm: The town's welcoming atmosphere and rich Appalachian culture provide guests with an authentic Tennessee experience.

Outdoor recreation: The abundance of hiking trails, fishing spots, and scenic drives caters to nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers.

Potential for high returns: The popularity of the area as a vacation destination suggests the potential for strong occupancy rates and rental income.

Personal connection: As an outdoor enthusiast myself, I fell in love with the area's natural beauty and wanted to share this experience with others.

By opening an STR in Sevierville, I aim to provide visitors with a comfortable home base from which to explore all that this beautiful region has to offer, while also investing in a promising business opportunity.
