If you’re planning on a week’s vacation in Central Florida, you’d better book some extra time if you’re staying at this fantastic, family- and dog-friendly home in Kissimmee. With six bedrooms, a private pool and spa, pool table, game table, and arcade game, you’ll be hard pressed to leave. But when you do venture out, shared amenities at the complex clubhouse include tennis courts, a basketball court, a kid’s pool and splash park, a lazy river, gym, TV area, cabanas, arcade, and on-site restaurant and bar.

But back to your home – start the day with breakfast on the covered lanai. There’s plenty of alfresco seating, and you can jump straight in the pool to do a few laps before or after you eat. The chef will appreciate the full, well-equipped kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the gadgets they need to whip up a feast. If you’d prefer to dine inside, there’s an adjacent dining table set for six. There are four barstools at the kitchen island for even more seating.

Now it’s time to decide – a day at the theme parks? Your pool? The clubhouse? No matter how you spend the day, leave some time to enjoy your home in the evening. Play a game of cards, darts, or pool, or pick a movie to stream together in the living room. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem – each of the six bedrooms has a flatscreen TV, and there’s one on the upstairs landing near the pool table as well.

When it’s time to call it a night, the main suite is downstairs and features an en suite bathroom and direct lanai access. Upstairs you’ll find three guest bedrooms and another with an en suite bathroom.

Pool heating is available from October 1st through May 1st, with a three-day minimum at a rate of $32 per day plus tax.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
