I stayed in the hilltop hideaway while looking for a rental in Maryville. It was comfortable and clean. The bed was very good. Communication was excellent.
We stayed here while visiting family over Christmas. The place matches the listing exactly with all amenities needed with stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and great WiFi. Communication with Keith was great and we had no issues. The road leading to the house is in rough shape, for sure but that’s not really the owner’s issue to solve. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
We stayed at Keith's while touring colleges. It was nice to be close to restaurants and grocery stores.
The house location wasn’t quite what I was anticipating. The small road leading up to the home was awful with potholes (not Keith's fault). But the Hilltop Hideaway severed our needs perfectly as a home base while we toured colleges and Knoxville.
Go Vols!

Hilltop Hideout
The house has recently been updated and all the furnishings very nice. The houses next door very much like this one but overall the neighborhood looked like it may be about to go through a lot of changes.
The surrounding area of Maryville had plenty of options for dinner, groceries, shopping, etc. A little distance from UT but not too far.
Was a great stay thank you for hosting. I do want to say I used back door mainly because front door was hard to lock and unlock and the back door keypad was flashing towards the end of my stay for batteries were low. But great stay thank you!
The house is adorable, fun and very comfy.
Just a couple of suggestions—-luggage racks would be helpful in the primary. We just used the bunk beds since it was just the 2 of us. Also a shower liner with more magnets so you don’t have to fight with it while showering or a bow front rod.
We loved watching the lightning bugs in the back yard!!!
House was very clean and the pictures represented property and house exactly as it was. Hosts answered questions I had very quickly and were very friendly. Was happy to have a washer/ dryer and great appliances. Bed was really comfortable. The street is very quiet, very dark at night and sort of secluded.
This was my first Vrbo stay and it was great. House is conveniently located close to various amenities just a few minutes away. It’s also nestled up a quiet hill with some privacy. I stayed here for my trip to Tail of the Dragon and it worked out wonderfully. I look forward to staying again. Keith and Ben were communicative and helpful, quick responses. Check in was a breeze. Thanks for having us!
We traveled to TN to see friends and to have a comfortable place to stay as we explored the area. This was just right for us! Had everything we needed. Great communication with the owners too!
My spouse and I stayed with our newborn baby and mother-in-law for just over 2 months! We have been very happy with the place.
Keith, the property owner, was always quick to respond and helpful.
The house is as described and I think it is so much better than the norm. The home was spacious for the size of our family. It is nicely decorated and furnished to give it a feeling of home. The beds are great!
A nice feature is smart tv's in the living room and both bedrooms. Internet service was top notch for two of us working remotely.
I guess the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet. The house itself is on a dead end street, so the only traffic is from the two houses past and the mailman.
The location is convenient and quick to get to most places, but nestled in a quiet area that avoids the busyness of Maryville or nearby Knoxville.
Thanks so much Keith and Ben for the hospitality. It was great!
Very clean, good condition, well stocked, comfortable, newer updates. We would stay there again. Front steps need a railing, though, difficult for my elderly father who stayed with us.

Sweet home but..
This was a nice visit overall. The house is clean and comfortable. I wasn’t crazy about the neighborhood or the gavel driveway but it was close to shopping. After driving over 8 hours from Florida, we arrived at 3pm. The access information wasn’t sent until after 4pm which was frustrating.
We are definitely saving this place for future trips! 😊 Friendly and helpful hosts, nice yard for the kids to play in, it was relaxing and comfortable on the front porch, and the house was perfect for what we needed.
We really enjoyed our stay at the property! Everything was clean and there were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels provided for us. It was nice having access to different streaming services too.
The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Management was very easy to work with. I only had one major concerns while there. I was there with my mother who is in her late 70s and there is not a handrail going up the steep steps to the house. It is an older home so it has a lot of character and has had some updates.
