The Emerald Oasis is a unique 1/2 acre sanctuary located within the Terra Lago community. it is uniquely situated for privacy and solitude. Offstreet parking for 7+ cars. This is the largest floor plan on the largest plot of 650 homes.

The home is a thoughtful combination of cool and refreshing gem color tones in the modern living / dining room area. The family room, including the informal dining area, are rich warm yellows reminiscent of Tuscany. Something for everybody!

This central A/C home is appointed with all the comforts, conveniences, and amenities to make your vacation time as comfortable and memorable as possible. $75k in upgrades for 2022 - new furniture, massive pool, hot tub, fire ring, mister, BBQ. Fluffy towels. Washer / Drer 500mbps internet. you will want for nothing.

All full and legal names for guests over 14 need to be submitted 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure enough time to provide to the security gate. Guests not on the list will be denied access.

– FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS –

ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR POOL HEAT/JACUZZI/PETS/EARLY CHECKIN or LATE CHECKOUT/EXTRA GUESTS?

This is our all inclusive resort style home. We do not have any extra charges(with limitations).

Regarding extra guests: 12 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children(no extra guests). Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 12 guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation.

Pet policy: maximum 2 dogs! You must notify host in advance before bringing pets. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. no animals on furniture / bedding. The cleaners are not expected to do this type of pet clean up.

Pool heat to ~87 is $125/day, paid in advance. It takes 48 hours advance and pre-payment to heat the pool. It is kept at temperature from 10am - 9pm We don't include this with the rent, as not all guests use the pool. Charging separately prevents the city from taxing it at the hotel tax rate. If you turn on the pool heat, you will be charged for the full stay.

Maximum early check-in is two hours at 2 PM. Maximum late check out is 10AM. Early checkin must be requested and may not be available depending previously booked reservations.

You must request extra amenities 5 days before arrival at 7pm when you receive the pre-checkin message. Requesting early check-in may or may not be available, although this amenity can be granted, it can also be changed depending on the booked reservations before it and after it.

No charge: For baby or children amenities. Baby crib, packnplay, foam changing table, video monitor.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Late checkouts will be charged for a full day.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 88 degrees. Please let me know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation. $50/day, starting on the day of arrival.

IS A GOLF CART AVAILABLE?

No golf cart currently.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM. Only low decibel, no amplified speakers.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets.

PLEASE NO SPEEDING! When entering the vicinity, you must obey the speed limit at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine starting at $250-$5000 that will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Please absolutely no street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street overnight. You must park inside the garage or the driveway only. 6 car maximum.

Liability Waiver:You understand that swimming and use of any exercise equipment (treadmill and weight set) is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of exercise equipment. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and exercise equipment and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and exercise equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and using exercise equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, uses the exercise equipment while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and exercise equipment. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

Renter also understands that host takes all reasonable measures to maintain property and systems. Systems sometimes fail despite these best efforts. No refunds are assured or guaranteed in the event of failure or diminished use from A/C, Pool equipment, applians (kitchen / w/d) or reduced amenities by the HOA / Development.
