Cody comfortable house, perfect for a family Christmas stay. Plenty of room, comfortable furnishings, amply furnished large kitchen. Space for dining together, playing card games, doing puzzles. Great location to all of Santa Fe’s wonderful areas.
We were in town for a concert at the Santa Fe Opera House and this was a perfect location! We had some questions about the cooling system, and Bob was very responsive!
Although house was a little dusty, we had a great time there. Property was very well equipped and super convenient for a family gathering. We’d definitely stay here again!!
My family had a fantastic stay in this SantaFe home! Large, clean, lots of amenities and close to many tourist attractions. I would highly recommend this property
Great for a girlfriend getaway. All four of us had bedroom with comfy bed, and there was a lot of comfortable space to share together too. Property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked.
My family stayed at this property along with my brother’s family. Very central location and house was spacious and very clean. Bob was responsive to our need for rollaway beds. Overall we had a great time!
It was great for 4 adults and 4 teens. Ammenities were very good and space enough for everyone. Only negative is that some bedroom doors were out of alignmennt and would not stay closed.
We loved this property! Great location, spacious, well equipped, comfortable and charming! The only issue we had was that the electrical outlets did not all work.
Property was spacious with 4 bedrooms to accommodate our family. Kitchen facilities were spacious so we could do both food prep and cook with several people in the kitchen at once. Given our family ages are in mid 30’s to 40 and active it was nice to have 3 bathrooms and showers. Neighborhood was quiet and walkable.
Bob was so attentive to our every need. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful, cozy and well appointed home. We loved the multiple fireplaces throughout the house and the well stocked firewood. Looking forward to coming back to stay again. Thank you, Bob!
The property was very spacious for 8 of us. Beds were comfy, plenty of seating, big kitchen and clean. Only about a 10 minute drive to everything the Plaza has to offer, sopping, food and ect. The lyft and Uber option wasn't the best service but we made do.
Around the outside of the house there was alot of landscape neglect but our group wasnt there to look at the landscape.
The house is in a great location to downtown and is spacious for a large family. When we went in the summer and the weather was hotter than normal, there is no a/c and the house does not really cool down even with all the windows open and the provided fans.
There were seven of us, family and friends, all adults. (Not all at the same time.) The house provided ample space for sleeping, dining and spending time together in one group or smaller groups. The house design even allowed for privacy for resting or doing some remote work. So many wonderful spaces.
The neighborhood was quiet and yet only a few minutes from good restaurants and major attractions.
We vacation with friends every year and even the best houses have had some minor shortcoming. The house was more than we usually spend, but no one had a complaint about this house.
6 of us stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed Santa Fe. The property is accurately described and the manager was very responsive. It was a 30 min walk to the farmers market and 50 min to the plaza. The house is a bit strangely laid out - there are 4 BRs and 3 baths but 3 BRs share the same bath with a bath en-suite in the master BR and a third bath on a lower level not near any bedroom. It’s a house from the 70s that needs work - windows, bath fixtures are all old but work. Overall had a good time but the strange layout was not convenient.
We three sibs enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and accommodating. Beautiful neighborhood and surroundings. Convenient access to the Plaza. Our only issues were the following: there were many light switches and fan switches which were very confusing as to which switch went to which fixture. Easily resolved if you just label each light/fan switch. The lighting in the main living room is very dim.as was the primary bedroom. The air conditioner in primary bedroom did not seem to work, but the temperature was not particularly hot, and the ceiling fan was adequate. Not sure how this could be remedied, but two cockroaches were killed in the bathroom on main level. All that said, we would book this property again.
